It is an old hotel. It's said that no coffee maker available. Room ventilation is not good. Toilet is too small. Swimming pools are very nice. No lunch or dinner available at hotel. Price is reasonable but not attractive.
Generally, we enjoyed our stay here in particularly with a spacious family room. But on one of the day, there was unavailability of hot water for shower which made us inconvenient.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Poor service from the hotel. Hotel staff has western mentality. We reached hotel at 10 AM but we have been asked to wait till 2 PM the check in time. We are aware of these check in times. But the hotels with Thai culture does feel for customer and they try to do their best to accommodate guest for early check in. In September this year I did check in into 'Hotel Sunshine Garden' in Pattaya at 11:00 AM. May be this hotel is owned by Western people and we would try to avoid such hotels in future and look for hotel management/staff who are as great as Thai people.
