There is horrible smell of urine just at the entrance (entrance doorway or corridor) of the property! Obviously, it brought certain apprehension in my mind if the room and toilets would be hygienically cleaned which I voiced to the manager who responded sarcastically in an unprofessional manner “hope so”!! Also, unfortunately at this property I had to pay at the property and he charged me in CZK more than that was sent by Expedia in its confirmation email on top of which I was charged conversion fee etc. The room service does not exist unless you ask for it. When they do appear they lend an impression that they are in a hurry and have to rush!

Modern Apartment in a re-furbished Building.
The residence Manager was exceptionally helpful with any request. The apartment was modern, very spacious, well equipped, and very very clean. The situation is in the historic old town in a vibrant area with plenty of good eating places. I would certainly recommend this property.

Spacious, modern studio apartment, very clean and quiet and perfectly situated in the old town. Nice breakfast and friendly staff, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Two week stay to set up daughter at school
Loved this place. Styled by IKEA and so comfy and close to everything. Staff was helpful and easy to contact. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent ApartHotel
We stayed at Boromeum for the second time in one of their beautiful apartments. The welcome from the staff was friendly and efficient and the service for the next four days was equally good. The apartments are maintained to a very high standard with everything that the modern traveller could need... except maybe for a tin opener and a toaster ;o) If we ever stay in Hradec Kralove again, Boromeum will continue to be our first choice.

Great location
Great apartment, lots of room. However, there was a bad sewer smell coming from the shower drain. Had to keep the fan on but sometimes even that didn't help. Well it was in old town after all.

The place to stay in Hradec Kralovė
4 nights in a lovely apartment. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived, and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was of the highest standard and a lovely place to recharge after long days at Rock for People festival. We love Hradec Kralovė even more than Prague. The architecture of the old and new city is stunning and the river walks by the Elbe and Orlice were a delight.

The apartment had all the comforts, perhaps a toaster would have been nice, However, 900 TV stations was a bonus (lots of English ones too!) and 1 block from the main square. All in all we give this place two thumbs up!

We only stayed one night. The room was a really nice apartment. Very new, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was OK (surcharge). Downside: the WIFI didn't work and there were no bedside lamps.

Awesome hotel in the heard of HK
I arrived late but was accommodated almost immediately. I wasn't able to get a parking pass that night (I believe because of a communication failure) but parking in the square nearby was only 30 kc and I was able to get a pass the next day to park just outside the hotel. Although there was no air conditioning, with the windows open, the room was quite nice. There was a LOT of noise from the bars and restaurants below but once the windows were closed you heard NOTHING. Which was quite amazing. The full kitchen was very nice with all the utensils and accouterments. The water pressure in the shower was quite nice and the water was very hot but it took awhile to heat up. Although there were no English stations on the TV/Sat I was able to hook my laptop up to the TV via HDMI with no issue and watch videos.

Fantastic place in Hradec Kralove
I took my family to Hradec Kralove for the weekend and we stayed at the Boromeum Residence. Fantastic for a family. Great location, the apartment was very well decorated and had all the needed equipment. We would recommend it any day.

GREAT APARTMENT.
We stayed here one night - wish it had been more. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and convenient for visiting the Old Town sights. It is about a block from the town square. The bathroom is spacious with a great deep tub with hand-held shower.

Very good apartment hotel in the heart of Hradec Kralove
Went there with a 1-day reservation, ended up staying for 4 days. It's an apartment /hotel where most rooms are occupied for long term residents. Everything was good with no significant problems. The location can't be beat as it's right at the heart of HK. The only problem we had was that the Internet intermittently got disconnected. Issue would go away after removing/re-inserting the cable couple of times. Would recommend this place to others.

Room O.K., Location perfect, dozens of emails upfront, digital check-in portal but it does not really work. Reception never open, door code did not work, we had to call in twice to finally receive an invoice. Digitalization is nice but it should work. All those upfront emails were friendly and precise but did not adress the real questions on how to get there, where to park, how to open the door etc... it simply is well meant but does not work. I will not come again - I preferr personal checkin in sucha price-range.
