As soon as you walk in to the hallway to go to your room it smells so strongly of cigarettes and pet urine. I had to double wash my clothes once I got home to get the smell off of them. The smell it so strong it gave me a migraine my whole time staying there.

I’ve been staying at this property for work for at least a year when I’m in town. The price is good but the behavior amongst guests and staff is on decline. One week there was lots of noise which sounded like a guest playing ball with their pet past midnight. Another case the alarm went off after midnight so I tried to extend my checkout to catch up on missed sleep and staff was rude when I woke up to pack and leave. I’ll just stay somewhere else.
Bro y’all need at least an ice machine!!! There no breakfast or gym. Rooms are cheap asf but don’t think about getting someone to the desk about 6:00am, homie came out wit an attitude. Other guy complained about my motorcycle noise… I’d recommend it tho

I like the weekly price, what i don’t like was the thin wall of the room, you can hear the whole conversation of your neighbors, the mattress is loud (squeaky sound every time you move and mattress is over used)

Stayed with family for a week and overall the stay was good. Especially the front desk - Jessie was good and helpful. The cleaning staff is friendly and nice. Only issue is Wi-Fi was very sloppy :( overall good stay.

Awful. I couldnt even check in bc no one showed up.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. The office hours are from 9am to 10pm. Please tell me what time you tried to check in so I can further investigate? Even after hours we do have an employee that lives on property. By dialing 0 or 500 on the lobby phone, it will get you in contact with our Overnight Guest Service Representative.
Reservations were made online via app and my card was not to be charged until I got there, at which time I was planning to pay with a different card. However, upon arrival the guy told me that my reservations had been cancelled because they tried to charge the card and it did not go through. So the rates went up AND I was told they no longer had my room available.

guests are a little anxious to get on/off the elevator. Elevator is a bit slow. would be nice to to have people NOT hovering over the door. cleaning is done once every two weeks. Once you get used to the regulars its not too bad. some people are so nosey so set your boundaries early.
