Room and building were great. Until the toilet stopped working around 9 pm. Several trips and calls to the front desk for assistance and nobody would help. Not even offer a plunger, nothing at all. Had to make a trip from the 4th floor to the 1st every time someone in our room needed to use the bathroom. Unfortunate.

A strange lady was walking around and checking cars at hotel parking. She did not want to leave the area. We saw the same lady last when we stayed.

Staff had great difficulties mostly with check out, still haven't received both receipts, received receipt for 1 room 416 twice. I waited over 30 minutes for her to get us checked out and get receipts in hand and finally gave up. Still need receipt for room 415. Room 415 had musky odor and no body soap, no kleenex and room 416 no hand soap, the MOD, Karen did not seem too concerned.

There was a terrible smell of pee even we checked out the front desk told us that probably there was a cat before us. Supposedly this was not a pet room but sadly they didn’t cleanup after the pet.

Stayed for a 2 day-one night. Staff is not friendly and coopetive. Bathroom was smelling badly. Does not look like hygienic. This is first time I stayed in Tru and we decided this would be last time.

Good Location
Our overall stay was good. The staff could have been more attentive. When we arrived the employees were watching a movie on their Ipad and left it playing while checking us in. The movie had inappropriate language that was playing for all to hear. A few lights did not work the room. The room got warm at night even thought I set the thermostat at 68 degrees. The breakfast was not too great. Good location though.

Tried to check in at 3 pm but the person working the front, who was very kind, but by herself, had a line out the door, said she needed to check with housekeeping to see if a room was available. We had to be somewhere by 3:30 so waiting wasn't going to work for us. She still had one person in front of us and two people behind us to check in. When we came back from our obligation at 10 pm, we checked in no problem, but had NO parking. Apparently there was a party next door and they took up the parking and their party had valet spots blocked off that we could not use. We were told we could use the street to park on - which was full. After driving around for a while, we moved the valet cones to park in a spot. No help from hotel.
