The staff at t staff there is very disrespectful they are prejudiced towards women very unhelpful with things wrong with the property the entire time my door was broke meaning I couldn't get in and out I had to have them open it and they refuse to move me to another room and the hotel had many rooms open

New property management is diligent in making the property better than previous owners. Rooms are clean and updated. Property is safe and family friendly. Plumbing has been updated and improved as well as vending machines. Housekeeping is the best and is always helpful with clean towels and sheets when needed. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms have doors for privacy. Refrigerators and microwaves as well as iron and ironing board in the room I stayed in. Air conditioning gets VERY COLD. Which I LOVE. Pet friendly…I have 2 dogs and they have never complained or judged anyone here for having a dog. Just take care of your animal and do not leave it in the room alone and they are fine with it. Overall this hotel has been a temporary home for me and the management is always kind and courteous. I appreciate them and the rest of the staff more than they know. Sam, Luis, Olivia…they are amazing. Thank you!

It was cheap, so you get what you get…. However, rooms seemed to have been renovated recently so I was happily surprised! It was clean, no bugs, just what we needed… lol

Property was nice clean and we'll kept. This has to be one of the best studio 6's I have stayed in yet and I been to most of them in this area along with motel 6.. the rooms were clean the inside was nice and the gentleman that took care of our reservation was nothing short of amazing. And the price was so affordable I just could not believe. I would recommend staying here if u come to this area.

Their house keeping is extremely nosy. I left my 10 year old son in the room on the phone with his friends. While I took my dogs downstairs to use the bathroom. Why did this lady go to the front desk and lie and say I left my child. Like what? he does not have to go with me to let the dogs out I’m literally too steps away & still on the premises and he is mature and has a phone. Do not stay here if you have kids period she did the absolute most acting like I left a baby in the hotel room my gosh.

Although Red Roof is currently under major renovation; they made every effort to make our stay a very pleasant one. The staff are very attentive. Acceptable service for the price. However, bath area has no accommodations for handicapped like tub handle/grip bars or non-slip tub.
Unable to check-in due to key/door lock issues. Request a refund. Also saw a roach fly out of the ceiling while waiting for the front desk clerk try to get into any of the unoccupied rooms. All attempts were unsuccessful. Friendly staff otherwise.
Like? Ha. We killed 6 cockroaches! It was so gross! I couldn’t sleep because I was worried they’d end up in the bed! When we told the front desk they didn’t offer us a different room or a discount. Just a lame story as to how another guest caused the roach problem. I don’t care how it was caused. Don’t rent out rooms until they are gone!
I have logical expectations when it comes to staying in a less expensive hotel. Just want a quiet room, comfortable bed, and a good hot shower. Having a nice friendly staff is a great bonus and this hotel had that.

Amazing Service! Everything was relatively clean.
Only thing was the ac / heater it felt like it was just making the room more stuffy and also smelt bad :(
Overall pretty decent for the price and location
