Property was close to the Airport which was good but on main road which was noisy. They offered a free shuttle service from Airport to Hotel which we booked but it didnt come... apparently shuttle driver didnt show up for work. Left us stranded so we had to pay for a taxi. Not happy. Have emailed the Hotel to complain about their lack of service but no response from them as yet. I contacted Expedia who contacted Hotel re shuttle and they virtually said i was lying that the shuttle did turn up but couldn't find us. Funny that their shuttle was parked at the Hotel when our taxi arrived so it couldn't have been looking for us. RAMADA would not refund my taxi fare. Dont stay at this Hotel the staff i encountered were no help and the Ramada brand is not what it used to be. Its been 6 days and i still have not heard from Ramada directly only through Expedia. Therecare much nicer looking hotels near this one so choose them instead.

Worst experience of my life. We pulled up and the sign wasnt evening working and it was messed up. We checked in and the Hispanic guy around 19-22 probably was very unprofessional. The seats in lobby was stained and dirty. The sign said no smoking and towel cannot be stained. We then got back in our car and proceeded to our room. The gate was broken so anyone can go up to your car and break in and then we wnter the building from the side and it smells like weed smh. We went to the room and it was super dirty with stains on the sheet and on the curtains and the room door was broken from The inside. We immediately called and ask for a refund and the guy said okay and we gave back the key and he was super disrespectful and im pretty sure he was sales weed because a guy came and said he owed him some change and kept looking at us. This is the worst hotel and should be torn down immediately. Health department and city should investigate and look i to this because its was very bad. Amd for them to have a guy that dont care in front counter just being rude is more embarrassing. This place should be closed down. And they still didnt give me my money back and now said they wont give it back. Please dont go we flew from California to this palce you will regret it i promise you

There are two hotels with the near same name which made it very confusing. Also the hotel was very old with need for some TLC. Bed was not comfortable. Would not recommend.

Dilapidated. Completely run down and awful. The hot water just stopped at random times. The floor is like walking in a funhouse, the tiles in our room were all cracked due to buckling in the floor, the ceiling was also buckling, the gym is all broken down, the fridge looked like it was recovered from a dump. The electrical outlets were too close to the hair dryer in our room which had previously melted the cord on the dryer but the hotel had not repaired or corrected the issue, making a future electrical fire likely. I know a bit about Reno’s and fire code.No way this place has been inspected properly in the last 5years. I’m not saying this to be mean, but it’s all true and I honestly feared for our safety seeing how openly bad things were knowing there were probably worse things we weren’t even seeing.

We arrived very late at night as our plane was delayed and the bags took forever to come and we could not announce our late check in. We were worried that we would lose our room but when we finally arrived, around midnight, the receptionist was super nice and greeted us warmly and the room was still available. It made a huge difference for us and we highly appreciated it! The check in was very fast, too. Also, the parking is free at the property, too, another big plus. The convenience of being close to the airport but only about a quarter of a mile from I-59 towards downtown, makes this hotel a great option for travelers.

The first morning I declined room service for the day and the staff took it to mean to not clean my room for the rest of my stay. There was a bit of a miscommunication. Also the fire alarm went off at 3am and woke the entire building because some guy tried to smoke in his room.The desk and chair had some residue on them. It wasn't the most luxurious stay but it got the job done. You get what you paid for. 3/5 overall.

The staff was great. The problem was the elevator. It tooks us 20mins to wait for the elevator. The elevator had a malfunction. The guy at reception was trying his best to help us so I don't blame him. Breakfast was no good.

Checked in late after calling the day before to let them know. They told me no problem. Upon arriving, the front desk clerk could not find the reservation, then finally did but said one of the two rooms was probably not cleaned. After wait almost 20 minutes, he returned and said it was ready. There was also a hold of $60 for each room on my credit card. This information was not stated any place or any time prior to my arrival. I had no choice but to agree to this if I wanted the rooms. It was midnight and we had been in flight all day. Not happy about that. Breakfast was ok but not great . Cereal, toast, yougart, juice and coffee. Also make your own waffles…

One thing that I liked was the location. It is very close to the airport. But upon arriving (20 mins early) I was not allowed to check in without paying a “fee”. That is understandable, but such a strongly enforced policy should possibly be flexible especially if your facility isn’t up to par. I waited until my appropriate check in time of 3pm, then found out the elevator was broken. Therefore I had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs in a stairwell that smelled like urine. I entered my room and there was an odor in there as well. I purchased febreeze in an attempt to make the smell better and it did not work. Later I noticed several pieces of hair when I pulled back the sheets along with some sort of stains (I have photos and video). My siblings also had a room there and their rooms had an odd odor as well, therefore I did not report it or try to get another room. I felt most likely since all of our rooms had a similar issue that the rest of the hotel rooms would as well.

The rooms are not up to date, elevator never works. sink water barely ran. Not to mention the TV display was hardly visible. This place looks much better in the online photos. The Hotel shuttle service they offer never arrived when I called for scheduled pickup I do not recommend it.

The hotel was decent but the bed in our room was not comfortable at all. The toilet in the bathroom was leaking, they said maintenance was coming to repair and they never showed up. They offered to change our room but the elevators were out and we weren't about to walk down the stairs to move our luggage down to the lobby only to have to go back up the stairs to the new room. The elevators kept going out which was a major inconvenience especially for the elderly and handicap guest. Some of the hotel staff wasn't very helpful and had a nonchalant attitude towards various situations.

Run-down, Aweful place, no customer service
We checked in, only to be told after being checked in that the elevator was out, and to use the stairs with our luggage to the third floor. No help or empathy from the staff in the run down lobby, which matched the outside of the hotel. We get to the damp, dark, smelly stairs, and decide its not happening. Return the key, and they make out like it's a favour that our deposit will be refunded. Despite the booking being a non refundable booking, anyone booking would expect basic equipment to be operational, or at least to be offered assistance. Despite this the company has repeated refused to offer any compensation or refund for their disregard of the maintenance to keep the property operating properly to guests minimal expectations. Second to this Hotels.com offered a measly $38 credit, which is useless to anyone. Completely disgusted with the situation and the lack of professionalism or resolution. If only consumers had better protection in America, where I live now, the company would be required to provide a refund despite the conditions for their failure to provide a 'seevice' as expected and advertised! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

There was a small roach in the bathroom. Other than that the room was clean. There also was a broken parking gate where the vehicles are parked. The sign says that the hotel wasn't responsible for anything stolen or damaged. I think the gate should be fixed it's a bad look for the hotel.

This hotel has the worst customer service and the rooms are in serious need of renovations. When we arrived at Houston, we called the hotel 4x. 30mins later someone answered to request the shuttle service. It took another 1hr for the shuttle to pick me up. The hotel is 10mins away from the airport. The rooms and bathrooms need to be renovated it's so outdated, there was no water to wash my hands in the sink. No pressure coming out of the faucet, little drips. I didn't want to shower because the shower head was so rusted. But the room was tidy, the bed was comfortable. I put my name down on a list to be picked up the next morning at 7am. I came down to the lobby at 615am that morning and saw they crossed out my name on the list for 7am. The attendant was so rude when I confronted them about it. They said no other service was coming. The shuttle bus still came to pick me up at 7am but greatful I noticed to ensure they picked me up or I'd miss my flight. I will not be booking with them again.
