"I selected this property because it looked nice and it was close to MDAnderson. They offered shuttle service which was big in making the decision to stay here. I love this beatifully decorated, clean, boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and don't disappoint. Rooms stocked with an ESPRESSO machine - NOT a coffee machine. I dont like ESPRESSO so this was a bit disappointing not having coffee to drink IN ROOM. I didn't give it 5-stars because the hotel appears to be understaffed. All the staff seem to be working hard, but they need help......from the vallet team to the restaurant staff, to the housekeeping staff. Also, duriing my stay, shuttle service had constant issues and wasn't offering this service. Very disappointing. I dont' believe it's the fault of the staff, it's the lack of enough employees to get the job done and deliver a great service. Blossom Hotel almost got it right -- and I have no doubt that they will get it right in the future."
