Booked this original reservation through Expedia. Total disaster. When we arrived at the hotel there was no reservation. The hotel name was changed to Scottish Inn (no longer an OYO Hotel) and the hotel said they had no way of seeing our reservation from Expedia or to collect the payment from Expedia. I had to make a second payment directly to the hotel for my stay. I called Expedia and they said I would be charged a no show fee. Suggested i dispute with my credit card to get charges resolved. I have used Expedia a lot over the years. This is probably the last time i will. Only use as a last resort.
