Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience at this particular Hilton Garden Inn. Our room was well kept, but had a strong odor of urine. We had our small dog with us, so they probably used that as basis to place us in a "dog room". We are on a trip across the country and have been staying at Hilton Garden Inns throughout various states and none of the "dog rooms" smelled this awful. Further, there seems to have been a false alarm emergency that caused the alarms to go off continuously beginning at 6am. After verifying the non-incident, the fire department left, but the alarms continued to sound. Overall we had a bad experience.

We enjoyed the pool and the rooms were clean. The only problem was the guests that checked in late at night and slammed their door shut. It was around 11:30 pm and the door slammed so hard that I jumped out of bed. It was hard to get back to sleep after that and I had to leave by 6:30 am to head back home. The doors need some kind of spring to avoid from letting them slam. Maybe guests need to be reminded of quit hours in order to let other guests enjoy their stay too.

Everything was perfect, breakfast, very clean, will stay again. Parking for a regular size truck was a little tricky, and there’s an upscale gentleman’s club next door which was very quiet but might make for an awkward conversation if you pull into the wrong parking lot
