“Great Value - Large Rooms”

By far the best place to stay if you are in the area or need a stop between Houston and Dallas. The suite-style rooms are very spacious and include a kitchenette area, a lounge area with a desk and large bedroom area. Parking id ample and free.

“Ideal for Lakewood Church visitors”

We were visiting Houston in order to attend a conference at Lakewood church. The hotel shuttle bus run by Argon and Nik was very much appreciated, both in taking us and collecting us after the sessions. The 5.30pm social ensured that we were well fed before we went out to the evening sessions. All the hotel staff were polite, welcoming, friendly and most helpful from the moment of arrival at the front desk right down to the servicing and cleaning of the room. The clean and comfortable room had a well equipped kitchenette, good seating and a gorgeous super king sizes bed. All that was needed for a relaxing holiday.

“Happy to stay there in the future”

The hotel was being refurbished when we were there so some work was going on during the day but the room was first class. Our room was clean; fresh towels every day etc. Kitchen area fully equipped but although it had a coffee maker it had no kettle! Close to Galleria shopping/restaurants. Easy access to Interstate/freeway. I would happily stay there again.

“Great location and in-room facilities”

I used to stay in this place when it was Bradford Homesuites (and cheaper). Hyatt has spruced it up and improved the reception area. Staff are friendly and helpful and the in-room facilities are great, including free internet connection (WiFi and wired). The fittings are starting to show their age: the door to my bedroom area was falling apart and didn't close properly. I was disappointed that they have started to charge for the parking garage - but it is otherwise great value for the facilities and location.

“Great location”

This is a good business class hotel with warm and friendly staff. The hotel is good value for money in a city full of very expensive hotels. It's location, very close to the Galleria Mall makes it an attractive destination when the working day is done.

“Excellent area”

Really pleased with the location of this hotel in a good area close to the Galleria for shopping. The suite was a good size with all ameneties provided. We liked the more secure parking even thou it was tight getting in thru the gate. We also enjoyed the food provided for brekfast and the fresh fruit available in reception.
