Felt like I was itching in the bed. Possibly bed bugs, several items in the room didn't work. I had to change rooms.

It doesn’t say when you book, but they only clean your room, provide towels or take out trash after 3 days. I had booked my room for two day and was gone all day. I expected to come back to a clean room with fresh towels and that is not their practice. When I asked the front desk I was told different properties have different service schedules. There was a scum ring in the tub on day one and one of the pillow cases had a blood stain.
