Idk if all the rooms come with a kitchenette but mines did and that was amazing. Full dishwasher, stove top, sink, refrigerator, and nice glass tableware to eat on. Everything was very nice. The windows being able to open slightly was also a nice addition. I love fresh air preferably over using the AC and I was able to enjoy having that preference. Only thing I didn’t like was that it didn’t have a full body mirror. I feel like the quality of this hotel deserves a full body mirror. Since I’m short it’s hard to see my full body in a bathroom mirror so that would have been preferred but the experience was still nice. Breakfast was delicious as well!

Great place to stay!
I really loved this hotel, the lady at the counter that checked us in was great. The bartender was great. I would say the breakfast may be lacking a little bit, but I’m also a picky eater.

Terrible and incompetent
The family are staying in the Hotel due to major surgery by one of the family members at a nearby hospital. First, they put us on the 4th floor and the elevators broke down. 65 plus year old folks shoving to climb the stairs. Then the second night, a fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night and everyone is standing downstairs in the cold. Fire dept came and said the equipment was bad and turned off the alarm. Last, we needed to add an extra night on the card on file which they couldn’t figure out how to do it. The card used was the guy having surgery and they said they needed the original card to add the extra night. Couldn’t just use the one already on file. So my daughter gave her hers, which they double charges. They then double charges the original card too for the extra day and original stay. They have over 1000 dollars tied up on 2 cards for a 350 dollar total stay. This is the most incompetent bunch or Hotel I have ever dealt with. Needless to say, it has soured my opinion of Marriott hotels. I won’t be staying there again in any Marriott.

The property and amenities are good in perfect condition and very clean. The only problem is the sofa bed mattress, God this was really damaged and is inhumane to lay down, the springs push. I recommend to change. It could be a great suite because has privacy with the master room aside.

Incredible customer care & service!
We came back to stay at the Element because of the outstanding customer service we have received during now, our past 3 stays. My daughter is a cancer patient at MDA & Catherine is truly the main reason why we keep coming back to the Element. I wish all employees provided the quality of customer service & care that Catherine does! Catherine should be your ambassador for the Element Hotel…she’s the best!!!

This place is too expensive for what it is
Way too high priced for what it was. Broken plaster in the shower ceiling; electrical outlet for the coffee maker did not work. Room was plain and ordinary for the price.

Nice getaway
Very nice hotel. Lovely, large room. All staff extremely friendly and happy, especially Catherine at the front desk. Coffee maker was a little recalcitrant, and the GFI outlet in the bath didn't work. We survived. Nice little bar. Breakfast was fine. Not overwhelming, but more than adequate. A lovely 2-night getaway.

I liked the lighting in the bathroom. Most other places don't have enough light. Our experience would have been better if 1. our room had had enough supplies for the days we did not receive maid service (coffee and towel replenishment) 2. if the dining area was better staffed to keep up with customer needs.

Great stay!
This hotel was very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was great and lots of choices for everyone. Room was great and A/C worked awesome! Pool area needed a little upkeep, guest should clean up their own trash in my opinion. Looking forward to coming back to this area and hotel.

good hotel and clean, but poor amenities
over all the hotel in good, the bed was great the pillows way to soft, bedroom very clean lobby was clean, personnel was attentive and very courteous. The bad was the gym, only one running mill worked out of 4, also one bike working out of two, the gym was clean. the pool was very cloudy with poor maintenance, the patio has many tables that are useless without umbrellas, so no one use them, total waste of a nice patio, the breakfast is TERRIBLE! stayed here 3 nights and same ufle scrambled egg, potatoes that were not eatable, some apples and oranges on a basket, and a trey with old yogurt and nothing really to bother to eat.
