I went to check in and I was told they do not have 2 twin beds. I had to cancel it and book myself at Courtyard. They told me they notified 3rd party which is you but I never received any notice otherwise I would have made other arrangements that would have been better rather rushed to whatever was available at 9:00pm.

Disappointing and terrible stay.
The room did not have towels, tissue paper or toilet paper. Half of the lights did not work. The coffee maker and fridge did not work either. While this was out of the hotel's control, I just need to add, the people across the hall decided to have a party at 4 am. Overall terrible experience at this hotel.

No keys
They couldn’t give us a key to the room. From talking to staff, they haven’t been able to make keys since at least this past Tuesday but they still rented rooms. This was contradictory to what I was told the night before, and it was promised an IT person would have it fixed soon. I had to wait for a staff three times this morning to get into my room and only one staff was working. Not only did this waste my time, time, it made me late for my event this morning. Incredibly poor management.

I was grossed out and could not stay in this hotel, I was in the shower when I noticed a roach in the corner of my bathroom I killed it, threw away all my food packed my bags and left the building. Your front desk attendant was too busy attending to the bar so I didn’t care to wait. I went next door and got a room at la quinta.

Hotel is decaying. Coffe station and Microwave extremely dirty and gross. This Hotel should be a two star hotel . Very disappointed Marriott should highly audit this property. Will not come back here that’s for sure.

There was an odor in our room. Smelled like a dog and/or urine? Maybe it was the air conditioner or the patch of rug in our room? At least our beds weren’t the source of the odor. We didn’t like the design of our room. Would’ve appreciated a floor to ceiling door for privacy on the toilet and shower. No Bravo available on the TV. The carpet in the hallways was scraggly in some parts. We booked for 3 nights but needed an additional 3 nights added to our stay. Due to the reasons listed, we decided to move to a different hotel. There were no issues with the cleanliness (only exception was the odor in our room) or staff of the property. I liked the gym and modern decor. Appreciate the free parking. Convenient location to dining options and shopping. Wish I could give a 5 star review but I can’t.

Very very poor!!
The room was dirty and the comforter had blood on it! (Photo below Also and lipstick and dark stains in the sheets. Room was poorly lite so we didn’t know the sheets and comforter and floor an till the morning when we open the blinds.

Marriott or NOT!
This is a prime example of when, what it looks like on the outside isn't necessarily what it is on the inside. I had to change rooms after the first room was not up to par (no TV access, no phone, outlets not operative) then for room two to be without a sound system like the first room. Food? What food? I was told that there was a breakfast that came with the room, but not that it would be charged and to get powdered eggs for $14.00 ($7.00 per sandwich), and one bottle of water for $8.00. Swimming was not an option despite the property having a pool, and the kitchenette area had a coffee maker of which was out of order and the kettle that was filled with coffee was in fact, cold coffee. This station was less than par with powered generic creamer for undrinkable coffee, and excessively priced juices and waters in a cooler. All of this was accompanied by friendly but ill-knowledgeable front desk staff as they couldn't answer many questions. Will I stay again? NEVER. When you see the brand name Marriott attached to a service, the last thing you expect is Motel 6 accommodations.
