We had a great stay. Very private. Felt safe with the gates being locked and nobody can’t enter without calling the front desk.

The property is far from Morelia which was inconvenient for me I had to take a 20 min taxi every time. Also the solar water heating is unstable you have to be careful while taking a hot shower or you run the risk of being burnt while in the shower.

The room was completely different from what was advertised. It looked like a cave carved into the side of a hill, converted into a room. Mosquitos were terrible. We had to fumigate the room ourselves, killed mosquitos (an amount never seen anywhere else at other hotels), ants, and other bugs. Cockroaches were also found in the room. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, shower head was clogged. Spent two nights there out of three. There was no AC, no windows to open and let air in. I have never stayed in a room like the one assigned to us, labeled as pet friendly. The only thing I noticed that possibly made this room pet friendly was the absence of floor mats. After complaining we were moved to a suite. Now, this looked a lot better but just old looking and in need of repair. We didn't mind that. The shower didn't drain properly, the water took a long time to drain.

If your eco friendly and into peace this is the place. About 15 minutes from downtown smd near Costco. Unfortunately I did not like the entry key to my stay. What a joke, the Manzanos suite. The bed base is out of wood, hard and feels like your sleeping on the ground. The shower another issue lack of pressure and trying to get it warm forget it. Either hot or cold. The parking is another issue lack of. Only 4 cars fit and you have to wait for them to let you in and out. I like convenience. So not my cup of tee. Food not worth it. Massage Yes Josa works wonders. If your looking for relaxation and nature Yes if not stay somewhere else and closer to town

Al ser una Casa en el Campo el concepto es trabajar a puerta cerrada para la comodidad del huésped, si desean salir con gusto estamos para apoyarles abrir y cerrar la puerta; en esta ocasión tu auto quedó en el estacionamiento de bienvenida, al estar tu habitación cerca no fue necesario moverlo al estacionamiento interno donde caben 12 autos. Nos alegramos de que disfrutaras tu sesión de masaje, todas nuestras teraputas son muy profesionales, cumpliendo con el objetivo de relajación y bienestar. Tomaremos las medidas necesarias para cuidar el confort en las habitaciones e instalaciones en general así como las opciones de alimentos en restaurante. Te invitamos a regresar y conocer otra de nuestras habitaciones. Saludos

Internet did not work well and the bed was a bit hard but other than that the hotel was very nice. Should not need internet at a place like this anyway!

It listed the property as a spa but upon check in, no one told us about any services. This hotel is off the beaten path. No where to walk to as it is at the end of a dirt road. You need to take a cab everywhere. It was lovely however and quiet. Wifi only worked in the lobby even though we were told otherwise. It was a good hotel away from noise.

En general buen hotel, el desayuno es bueno, muy silencioso, la primer recepcionista con muy poca disponibilidad de apoyar, llegamos antes para cambrianos para una fiesta y no nos quería dejar entrar porque el check in era hasta las 3 pm, las camas son todas matrimoniales no hay queen size como lo ofrece la pagina al momento de reservar

El lugar muy tranquilo y cuidado, el personal es muy amable y la reserva en la alberca me parece bien para poder disfrutarla, el desayuno continental muy rico, solo el colchon es mas firme de lo que se espera pero nada que afecte. Dan ventilador pues no hay aire acondicionado, yo estuve en abril y el clima fue perfecto.

El servicio es de lo mejor que he recibido, te hacen sentir realmente como en casa: INCREIBLE!!! El hotel esta hermoso, es un lugar para descansar y desconectarte en medio de la ciudad.

Es un hotel bonito, no anuncian que el tiempo de uso de alberca es de menos de dos horas por estancia y la cama es muy rígida, fuera de eso, todo normal.

Hermosas instalaciones, servicio por mejorar
Un hotel para relajarse y disfrutar de un ambiente fuera de la ciudad, las instalaciones son muy bonitas, sin embargo el servicio en recepción deja mucho que desear, podrían ser más cálidos y amables. Igualmente algunos muebles de las habitaciones ya necesitan renovación, los jardines excelentes. Es buena idea que por la pandemia estén dando el uso de la alberca solo con reservación, pero no me tocó porque los horarios estaban llenos.

excelente personal
El lugar está increíble. Muy lindo y limpio. El personal muy amable. El único detalle es la cama que estaba muy duro el colchón y cada que me movía rechinaba mucho la madera. Los vecinos de la suite de abajo hicieron mucho ruido puesto que iban acompañados de niños chiquitos y mi viaje fue de descanso. Aunque esto no es responsabilidad del hotel se podrían poner anuncios de silencio después de cierta hora en la noche. De ahí en más todo fue muy agradable.
