Centrally located. It is more of a lodging house than a hotel. The 'reception' looks like an ordinary office. It is like the owner done up the first floor of a building and let them out to holiday makers. The rooms are OK, clean and spacious enough.

No elevators, 26 steps to room on first floor, would have appreciated being told about this in their description. Lugged my luggage up the stairs. Tv did not work advised the owner, but he did not care. Dark room , mattress very hard and pillows could be replaced. Plastic bags in the garbage and cups in the room would have been appreciated, cleanliness issue. Shower door broken, needed assistance to open door :(

If you want to actually receive the breakfast that you have paid for then do not stay here. The room was fine and the staff were helpful when present, but the breakfast was scheduled to be in another establishment a block away. I tried to get access for over an hour, within the time range specified, but could not, and when I finally inadvertently got access no one new of any breakfast arrangement. There was no reception facility at this time to liaise with. Stay somewhere else that shows respect to visitors to their city/country.

We stayed just one night in 900. Service was excellent, the location couldn’t possibly be better, 1min walk from the train station and main piazza “piazza yenne”. Room spacious, nicely decorated and as a bonus 50” tv. Bighly recommended

It's a very convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Easy ealking to the old town and some excellent restaurants.

Great location.
Excellent location in this beautiful city. Check in fast and efficient with very friendly and capable staff. Room lacked minibar/fridge and safe and ahower was tiny. Bed very comfortable. No views. Hotel staff leave at 8pm so access is by outside door and key. Car parking is an issue but with a little persistance you can find a space nearby. Breafast is a cold continental at a cafe literally 1 minute outside hotel and available until 10.30am. Hotel close to shopping and old city centre, bus starion a mere 5 minute walk and airport a10 minute drive. Excellent value for money.

Decent place close to train station
Premium bedding has not been invented in Itally. Forget about pillow top matresses they think putting two twins together is a double bed. Flip a coin with your spouse to see who gets to sleep in the crack. Breakfast selection was ok. Good cappuccinos. Decent place to stay. Good value.

Nice hotel
Lovely hotel close to the center within walking distance of everything. Although our room had a window onto the street we didn't have any trouble with sleeping or noise.

Hemos estado un grupo de tres chicas y la verdad es que hemos estado muy bien. Todo estaba muy limpio, el servicio de limpieza perfecto. A tener en cuenta: la ducha era muy pequeña, y no hay ascensor. la habitacón olía a limpio pero los pasillos olían siempre a tabaco. buena relación calidad precio

Ottima la posizione, struttura facilmente raggiungibile e tutto a disposizione in pochi minuti di passeggiata per il centro storico.Parcheggiare è abbastanza facile con o senza ticket, considerata la poca distanza dai parcheggi del water front di via Roma e vite parallele. Vicina la stazione FF.SS e gli autobus. A noi è stata assegnata la camera 101 che si affaccia su Via Angioy e i serramenti non garantiscono l’insonorizzazione, nonostante siano stati aggiornati con vetrocamera. Pulizia buona, ma qualche presenza di muffe sulle fughe della doccia, ben visibili.Se le abbiamo viste noi, le dovrebbe aver viste anche chi cura il room keeping. Cambio delle asciugamani giornaliero, ma assenza di bicchieri di cortesia (andrebbero bene anche quelli di carta).Abbiamo prenotato due notti...per dormire.Siamo una coppia e abbiamo prenotato una matrimoniale, salvo errori. Hanno unito due letti singoli con relativi materassi singoli.Materassi obsoleti con molle che anno messo a dura prova schiena e fisico, alla fine ci si abitua ma ne ha risentito il riposo notturno ( consigliamo di sostituirli ).La struttura avrebbe bisogno di un profondo upgrading. Personale gentilissimo.

Ottima sistemazione a Cagliari
Hotel centrale comodo per chi arriva in treno, pullman o bus. Il personale e’ molto cortese e disponibile. Le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata, frigo e tv. Pulizia buona. Camere silenziose. Lo consiglierei! Per ospiti con mobilità ridotta tenere presente che manca l’ascensore.

L'unico lato positivo di questa struttura è che si trova a due passi dal centro. Per il resto esperienza da dimenticare! La struttura ha uno sgradevole odore di stantio che si sente persino dalla strada e che in camera è davvero fastidioso, inoltre nei corridoi aleggia sempre un forte odore di fumo di sigaretta. Per raggiungere le camere è necessario inerpicarsi su una (o due!) lunga e ripida scalinata che, avendo un paio di bagagli non leggerissimi al seguito, rischia anche di essere piuttosto pericolosa. Avevamo prenotato la camera con colazione, salvo poi scoprire che la "colazione" consisteva in un "kit" lasciato direttamente in camera (biscotto e fetta biscottata una bustina di tè). Se fosse stato segnalato che la colazione era di tal fatta non avremmo certo pagato l'extra! Ci è capitato di chiedere un rotolo di carta igienica aggiuntivo e non era disponibile. E' abbastanza facile posteggiare in zona, ma quasi esclusivamente a pagamento e solo in strada. La via in cui si trova la struttura è piuttosto rumorosa sino a tarda sera e dalla mattina presto.

Posizione strategica
Ottima posizione, questo affittacamere è vicinissimo alla stazione e alla zona pedonale. La stanza prenotata (2+2 persone è molto ampia e confortevole, arredata con gusto recentemente e con un tv enorme. C’è stato un contrattempo nelle forniture del bagno al nostro arrivo a reception chiusa, ma il titolare vi ha posto rimedio personalmente. La scala di accesso alle stanze dalla strada è molto lunga e scomoda per i bagagli

Una piacevole sorpresa nel centro di Cagliari
La struttura è centrale (2 min dalla stazione) e vicina ai principali servizi. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. La pulizia della camera e la sostituzione degli asciugamani sono quotidiane. Le camere sono piuttosto ampie e dotate di aria condizionata e tv. Giudizio positivo in relazione a qualità/prezzo.
