This wasn’t our first stay but everything was super clean & just as nice as our first visit; that’s why we returned. There was 3 other close choices but previous experience made use choose Best Western. Breakfast was fantastic! All the staff were friendly & helpful to anything we needed. Thanks for a great stay.

Overall property was good and convenient right off the highway. Unfortunately only rooms left once we arrived were smoking and we had already paid, so anything we wore in the room had a smell of cigarettes. Thankfully it was just sleep clothes, probably wouldn’t book at a smoking allowed facility again. Good breakfast though and staff were friendly.

Very misleading reviews
Room smelled as used to be smoking room. Property is very dated and in need of a renovation. Check in was great and staff friendly. Super good breakfast. We chose this location based on its over 8 rating. We feel the reviews are exaggerated, lots of 10/10 and 4/10??? For the $118 we paid we could have stayed at the Hampton Inn. We also felt housekeeping was trying to run people out starting to clean up immediately. Running the service carts by our room at 6&7am. Not a good thing!

Easy to get to, comfortable bed, it was clean just older. Had separate dinning building, but was big & roomy. Good breakfast options, pancakes, waffles, fruit, muffins, biscuits & gravy, sausage, yogurt, juices, etc.

The good news- breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable and management was very responsive. The bad news- table and night stands had not been wiped down and were dirty. Bathroom was very small and very worn and dated.

Noisy Environment
Hotel stay was nice . Staff was very kind when I came to check in. My only complaint is if you need to sleep in it’s impossible. Housekeeping starts dragging around the loudest carts at 8AM outside & you hear them til noon.

While we booked a non-smoking room, there was only a single smoking room available when we arrived. The room smelled very strongly of smoke. Our clothing and hair reeked of it when we left. The toilet did not work properly. And the room was next to some sort of machine/work room, so it was very loud from equipment and talking starting at 5 am. Breakfast was decent. Desk staff is nice!

I'm so truly sorry for any inconvenience, sometimes when booking online the reservation does not come through as it should. Or it will say smoking in small letters on the booking site, which is why, sometimes people accidentally do book the smoking rooms. Normally we would definitely exchange the room type for a non smoking room, but that day, unfortunately, we were booked to compacity which is why we had to go with what your reservation came through as. I'm truly so so sorry for any misunderstanding. I do appreciate you still staying with us, even though it was not the room, for you. Thank you so much for your review, we are glad you had a good breakfast and staff experience. Please give us another chance to serve you in the future. Have a blessed day.

Road trip stop in Hope, Arkansas. Always hopeful we ll find something decent. This hotel was beyond. The bed was clean and comfy w plenty of pillows. The shower was spectacular. Plenty od pressure and hot water! The only suggestion would be to not scrimp on shampoo/conditioner. Other than half filled bottles, room was fabulous!

Would not stay again.
Very convenient location BUT this hotel is super outdated. Unfortunately our AC unit wasn't working when we arrived. Also, there was a dirty wash cloth in the bathtub. They moved us to a new room but the smell was so bad we actually chose to sleep without ac instead!! Lots of road traffic noise from construction also. AND the frig didnt work so we lost all of our leftovers. Terrible!The breakfast lady was SUPER nice and the selections were very good.

We booked easily online. The hotel was older but well maintained and room very clean. Had a wonderful breakfast in a building out back. Would definitely stay there again
