“Nice hotel”

Although it's not located at the heart of the city, the West Rail station is only 4 minutes away from the hotel. It provides easy access to the MTR underground system that takes you around the city. It takes less than 30 minutes to get to the heart of Kowloon. Tsuen Wan has a number of big temples. It's also easy to get to the Ping Shan Heritage Trail by West Rail, and the Wetland Park by West Rail and Light Rail. For those who like shopping, there are a number of shopping complexes nearby within walking distance. Our room was clean and lovely. It was a harbour view room, and the view was wonderful. The swimming pool is not ready yet.

“Best comfort and value for money”

We had a great harbour view room on the 70th floor. The room was very spacious with two large beds. The bathroom was equally spacious and luxurious. The location is great, being close enough to the airport, and public transport is so convenient for taking you anywhere in HK. There are many shopping centres and restaurants on your doorstep. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and it was great value for a city like Hong Kong.

“Excellent price because hotel pool not yet built.”

We paid a reasonable rate (3 nights) for a deluxe harbour view room that will probably be out of our price range when pool is built. Views at night were amazing! We arrived early am in Hong kong and was allowed access to our room before 2pm. (10am infact!) Spotlessly clean. Modern decor. Staff very helpful. Highly recommended!

“Excellent hotel”

We stayed for 2 nights here on a family trip on route to New Zealand. We had a lovely room with 2 Queen size beds and a bathroom with glass wall so you could take advantage of the view from the 61st floor over the harbour! The hotel is a little way out of town but easy to get to the train line which is very clean and efficient, and its not far from the airport.

“Great hotel!”

Superb hotel with very friendly staff. A little far from the centre of town which if you are a first time visitor may not be ideal. However if you're happy to use the very efficient public transport system then it's ideal. Wonderful swimming pools and great gym as well. Definitely recommended!

“Beautiful views, but a long way from hong kong island”

The hotel is a little difficult to find, but its very well appointed, welcoming and the rooms are lovely - especially if you get a room with a view over the river harbour. The staff are also excellent - helpful and curtious.

“Cattle market”

We liked: - Stunning view from our 59th floor window - ask for a room with a harbour view. - There are a couple of decent shopping malls just over the road, accessilble via covered walkways (City Walk and City Walk 2) - good restaurants, and a fair selection of shops. - MTR station was a 5 minute walk. There is a path to it across the park, so you don't need to cross any main roads. Mind you, if you want to go into Central, you will have to change at Mei Foo and it's a 10-15 minute walk between platforms. - Room was clean and spacious. Bed was firm, but no problems getting a decent night's sleep. - Generally very quiet. Didn't like: - The lobby is like Grand Central Station. The hotel seems to cater mainly for coach-loads of tour parties from mainland China, so the (vast# lobby is always packed with people arriving or leaving or just hanging around. It makes getting any service in the reception or conciege a bit of a pain. - Internet access is a cost option #$120 per day#. There are terminals in the lobby - good luck trying to get to them #see above#. - Trying to book a tour with the conciege - they claim not to have credit card facilities #???# so I had to pay by cash. Not happy, not at all convinced. Although the hotel was clean and comfortable, with a stunning view, I would not book it again. It's too far from Central, and it feels like a cattle market full of #generally quite rude) tourists from mainland China.
