For a person who travels weekly for business and comfort is a priority, this hotel is the worst I have ever been to. Three nights in a row without sleep as neighbouring room residencies screaming, laughing, slamming doors till 4 am. Despite calling the service desk and then they have informed the neighbours, nothing has changed. In summary, this hotel is not designed properly and not for business travellers. Overall, very much overrated for the amount of money they charge.

Easy check-in and check-out
I like the location and room size. I stayed on Saturday and think the price was reasonable. I was also able to check in early, which I didn't expect. The comments of the small lifts are true. You may have to wait a few more minutes during the busy check-in and check-out period. One thing I don't like about the hotel is that guests who smoke enjoy gathering at the entrance and leaving trash everywhere.

1. This property is just around the corner of another iclub property. My party made the mistake of going to the wrong one as the names were similar. 2. Found a hair in their fresh towel. 3. 2 lifts serving 36 floors, I.e can be crowded at times. 4. There’s a limit (3) of the number of devices that can be connected to the Wi-Fi, so be warned if you have multiple pax in a room with multiple devices.

Friendly staff and good location . Hotel is very central and easy access to the ferry station and subway station . Lot of restaurants nearby which is good ! My family lived in this hotel like 2.5 weeks so need to do lot of laundry . This hotel only have 1 machine and alway line up… sometime I have to do the laundry after 11:30 pm which that’s the part I don’t like here

Good sized room and location at reasonable price. Friendly staff except the male at Reception who stared at the screen below while speaking to you. When enquired about a late check out for a 3 weeks stay (booked as an Expedia Gold member) he claimed that the booking was made via Expedia rather than the hotel's own website so no late check out option. I had to remind him of the Expedia Gold member privilege for late check out. Despite eventually agreeing late check out time at check-in, when I reconfirmed a day prior to checking out, the same person at Reception did not recall the agreed late check out time and did not have a record on the system (again telling me the booking was made using Expedia not the hotel's website). Other weaker points as mentioned by other travellers - there are only 2 small sized lifts servicing over 30 floors and the lack of ramp / lift for transporting luggages at entrance of the premise.

I think superb hotel for Hong Kong
I really think this hotel is very good for price / performance for Hong Kong standards. My room was very big I expected smaller one because Hong Kong is just so crowded city and there are so many small hotel rooms. Room was clean and I didn't get a feeling it's neglected room or a hotel. I would give little minus on elevator, there are two elevators but it's 34 or 36 floors. So you can figure it out that it's working almost non stop and sometimes you just need to wait a little while to get in. Yes there is breakfast and it's only 3 - 4 kinds of breads and toast. Then you can take butter and marmalade coffie, tea and two juices. One day I got a muffin which was very good but other two days there was no muffin so I was sad in the morning.

Excellent location and good value for money
Very good location (near Macau ferry, ding ding tram etc) and friendly, kind staff; good value for money and even a free basic breakfast if you aren’t too fussy. Comfortable and clean. However, it’s difficult to navigate your luggage from Sheung Wan MTR station (although nearby) as the nearest exit A2 has no lift, just an escalator leading weirdly to a flight of stairs and then the street level. Also has an aroma of dried seafood due to all the shops nearby but as our room was on 11th floor, this was not a big issue.

The pros: The location is good, the staff is quite friendly for Hong Kong and very helpful, the place is very clean. Overall I believe the price to the size, location, cleanliness is quite excellent and would recommend. Oh, and the rooms are super quiet, you can hardly hear neighbours (even noisy ones) or street noise, which is unusual in Hong Kong. The gym is small but good, and they have a small shared laundry room/kitchen. The cons: the breakfast is just some bread I guess (but coffee is OK), the outdoor deck was "closed for overhead construction" the entire 2.5 weeks I was there, the shower can be quite slippery (but they do have a mat). Lastly the bed is quite hard which is not great for side sleepers, but it is no harder than all other hotels in similar price range, i checked. As said, I would definitely recommend it.
