“The Conrad Experience”

The limo service from the airport to the hotel was luxury and completed the very long journey from Scotland. We were made very welcome on arrival. The room was perfect for our needs. Food and service were excellent.

Excellent locagtion for Central Hong Kong, shopping and sightseeing. Works well for people visiting the business district.

The Hotel was clean and very comfortable,the staff were very helpfull and friendly.The only downfall was the price of drinks at the pool and bar but you have to expect that at such a great central place.All in all Hongkong and the Conrad get top marks from our family.

“HK Oasis”

The Conrad is an excellent base for a trip to HK. It is close to some of the great attractions of the city (Star Ferry, The Peak, Happy Valley and the villages of Hong Kong Island - such as Stanley) but also offers a comfortable and calm place where you can relax. The rooms are well appointed but it is the staff that really make the hotel. Need a restaurant reserved - no problem; need directions translated for a taxi driver - no problem; need help finding your luggage that BA lost - no problem at all and they managed to get the bag back from BA and in my room within 24hrs! They even sent a cake as it was my birthday (and - no - I didn't mention it!). There are probably newer hotels in town, but I thought the Conrad provided every comfort required in a great location.

“Peace in hectic city”

A peaceful oasis in busy Hong Kong. A very convenient place to stay - above Pacific Place mall full of designer shopping and many restaurants. Access to transport v good with buses, trams, taxis and MTR via short walk through Pacific Place.

“Reliable luxury in Asia's coolest city.”

We were very happy with our room at the Conrad and loved the extra touches such as the bears and rubber duck! Views were good even from the city view rooms. The pool is smaller than it looks on the website, but it's a lovely pool with lemon water free of charge and plenty of loungers and space. Not that we had much time to spend there as Hong Kong itself will demand your time with all the sights, bars and restaurants! The Conrad is not cheap and we treated it as a luxury stay and it delivered. I would definitely stay there again!

“Great location to travel around Hong Kong!”

Our room at the Conrad had great views of the city and harbour. Sevice and facilities were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
