"We asked for and were told we had late checkout at 2:00. They couldn’t accommodate 4:00, but for a fee could do 2:00. I okayed the fee. We got back from our massage in our last day and were locked out. We wasted 30 minutes of our paid for extra time to go down to the front desk to get it straightened ..."
