"All in all, the room was very nice and clean with good amenities. There were plenty of towels, the refrigerator worked well, and the beds were comfy. I would have liked more hooks or towel racks in the bathroom to hang the towels. Essentially, there was only one hook on the door. All staff we encountered were very helpful - front desk, valet (especially Marcos!), housekeeping, restaurant, casino. Although I had requested a handicap-accessible room, our initial reservation was not for that...

"We’ve stayed here many times as we love the walkable location. Have always overlooked the fact that it is very basic, but now it’s time to update! Had trouble turning the shower on & the handle came right off! The TV was horrible, nothing in the room matches (rug, comforters, walls), there was food in our garbage when we got there .. all fixable things that would make it more pleasant if addressed "
