"First time staying here at this hotel near Nakajimakoen (usually stayed in Odori) - and I am pleasantly surprised with the facilities, well equipped for a long stay. The room was very clean, well maintained, had a little kitchenette too, very convenient. It's located near the Nakajima Park, great for a little walk in the evening. Pretty quiet as well, slightly away from the bustle in Susukino, but still within walking reach. To the Management: Please don't change anything, keep the property...

"We had a fantastic stay at The Chatrium in our 1 bed apartment. The staff were super helpful when needed and the shuttle service to the Gondola and Dot Base was fantastic. The driver took our ski's and poles from us each time securing them on the bus. The bar and restaurants in the hotel were also greaz and convenient. We rented the one bedroom apartment condo with kitchen, the room is very spacious and we were able to relax in the living room after snowboarding. The condo is 2-3 mins drive to Annupuri and 15-20 mins to Hirafu. Will definitely come back again in the future!"
