Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. All of the water ran to the end of the shower and out into the bathroom instead of to the drain. Even after a very short shower the water had flooded the bathroom almost to the door. We had to use all of the towels to mop and push the water back towards the shower, leaving us with no towels and no way to get more since there isn't a front desk or anyone to contact. Overall- it was a very nice place. Someone obviously put a lot of money into it, but some details need to be addressed before it can be great. There needs to be a way to contact someone in case if problems.

The room and hotel was excellent. It is tucked away in a corner by the highway, so it functions like a motel but the area isn't "nice" per se; it's a corner off the highway not a mountain resort looking out over the valley. Communication was either none or 5 star. Mostly since you don't need it. Everything is great and checkin with the machine was simple, so never spoke to anyone to rate. Clean nice, good beds, and the exceptionally large family room for parents with two children, it exceeded all expectations. Very happy.

The room and hotel was excellent. We visited the region as a family. The apart-hotel is clean and the furnishing is quite new. The self check-in was smooth and the facilities were as promised in the description. There's a nice Gym. Couple of floors are under construction. We'll probably stay here again, if visiting the region.

Cozy but still needs some improvements
Self check-in machine was out of order during check-in. But telephone support worked. Pool and sauna were not available. Room was cozy and quite comfortable but not as clean as expected.

Too nice not to have A/C
Such a nice room! Seemed brand new, and they were still constructing other rooms. However, how do you not put A/C in such a nice, new place? It was 40°C that day, and no A//C. Luckily a brilliant thunderstorm went through and cooled it down enough to make it bearable. I had to go to the local hardware store and buy some fans, though. Great bed, nice location...

First, the hotel doesn’t have elevator and we traveling with large suitcase we couldn’t take up and we left in car and we just opened it in the car and bring our stuff needs in plastic bag. We opened the door and the room feels as a steam very very hot we opened the window Ms and a lot of bugs and mosquitoes got inside as we found the room with flies inside. There’s no air conditioner and fans . The bathroom smells so bad when we need to use we can’t take breath of the bad smell, and when we took a shower the floor got flooded with water bc drain slowly and we can’t get to the bathroom again we have to wait till the water got drained. The sink in kitchen smells not good it smells eggs. I called the staff to find out if we can get a fan the person I talked to her was not nice and not polite. Never ever go to this hotel.

Lovely apartment
I was very wary about reading some of the earlier reviews about the place not being open - awkward to find etc but we found it very easily and although the self check in was new to us, it worked well. The property itself was lovely - great apartment with lovely balcony and comfortable beds. Some small points: the bathroom tap was a bit broken, no tea towels, only 3 bowls for four people. All very minor things and in no way affected our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Vacant Building! Do Not Book!
When we arrived, we found an abandoned building. No one ever communicated with us. The only thing we had was a confirmation from Hotels.com. There was no hotel here! We were in a foreign country without a place to stay.

In der Nähe gibt es einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, dies hat für 2 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager und ein Hund vollkommen ausgericht. Schön ist auch der Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit.

Bin Dauergast hier seit 10 Monaten und fühl mich pudelwohl. Vorallem die super Extras wie Sauna, Fitness gibt's in Motels eher selten. Ein ganz riesiges Lob an Simona Housekeeping, flott, schaut wirklich für alle und alles, auch Extras kein Problem..eine wahre Perle !!!!

Leider hat der Check-in nicht funktioniert, dafür hat sich aber direkt jemand telefonisch drum gekümmert. Sauber war es nicht überall, im Nespresso Automat steckte noch die Kapsel. Auf dem Balkon lag noch Zigarettenasche auf dem Boden. Scharfe Messer gab es auch nicht. Sonst alles prima. Grüße, Gregor Maier

Die Unterkunft war für uns, für die drei Nächte, (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) optimal und das einchecken war unkompliziert, einfacher ging’s gar nicht! Unterkunft war modern und sauber! In der Nähe gab es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, um sich selber zu versorgen! Für uns hat alles sehr gut gepasst! Danke!

Kleiner Aufruf an Dauergäste wie ich ! Es ist suuuupi das es hier auch eine Waschküche für private wäsche zum Waschen gibt!!! Das findet man fast nirgends! Also schätzt das bitte auch und verlässt diese nicht wie einen Saustall !! Das ist nicht nett gegenüber fairen gästen und vorallem nicht Simona die sich um alles liebevoll kümmert !!!!

Appartement was nog redelijk nieuw en prachtig, maar erg basic ingericht. Geen kledingkast, geen garderobe, geen enkele haak om iets op te hangen. Slechts 1 pan (medium) om zelf te koken. Ons uitzicht was o.a. Een flatje aan de overzijde van een smalle straat. We konden bij overburen binnen kijken (en zij ook bij ons want er was geen vitrage, alleen grove luxaflex aan buitenzijde). Massage, welness en pool waren nog niet gereed; wel de fitness. Toen wij arriveerden werkte de contactloze check-in niet. Omdat er iemand voor ons was hebben we ongeveer een half uur buiten moeten wachten voordat we erin konden.

Wir haben in dieser neuen Unterkunft ein paar Tage verbracht, um von Hohenems ins Skigebiet zu fahren. Die Lage ist dafür perfekt, weil sehr nah an der Autobahn. Die Unterkunft ist neu und teilweise noch nicht fertig (Wellness/Sauna waren noch nicht nutzbar), was uns aber nicht eingeschränkt hat. Das Gym ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein Kleiderschrank oder eine Kleiderstange im Appartement wäre gut gewesen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Leider war nicht alles so richtig sauber… Der kontaktlose Check In hat perfekt funktioniert, die Kontaktaufnahme im Notfall funktioniert auch. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt.

Abbiamo affittato un appartamento per quattro persone nel mese di dicembre, le dimensioni sono giuste. Due letti matrimoniali, comodi. Angolo cottura funzionale, terrazzino con tavolo e sedie. Unica nota negativa, manca un armadio dove poter appendere gli abiti.La struttura è nuova , localizzata in una zona molto silenziosa , immersa nel verse. Check-in semplice e veloce

Die Unterkunft ist neu, hat gute Parkmöglichkeiten und der Self Check In und Check Out sind einfach und perfekt. Das Appartement ist mit einer Küche ausgestattet. Leider gab es im Zimmer keinen Schrank oder Möglichkeiten Kleidung aufzuhängen. Auch die Reinigung der Zimmer könnte besser sein (Spinnenhäute).

Schön, modern aber mit Makel
Positiv: Schöne, grosse, moderne Zimmer. Guter Preis. Negativ: In unserem Zimmer hatte es kein „Bitte-nicht-stören-Schild“. So wurden wir leider früh morgens durch das Reinigungspersonal geweckt, als sie das Zimmer betreten wollten. Wir hatten schon in anderen Kommentaren darüber gelesen und dadurch sicherheitshalber von innen einen Stuhl vor die Türe gestellt. Der Backofen und die Backbleche waren verkrustet und die Küche wies überall Fingerabdrücke auf. Schade, die Location wer eigentlich sehr hübsch. Ein bisschen mehr in das Reinigungspersonal und die Kontrolle zu investieren, wäre sicher von Vorteil.
