The property was noce and the stay some staff were nicer than others the breakfast options were good and the facility was safe and quiet and near restuarants and convenient location

Overall, dirty room. Shower floor looked like it was not clean for weeks, carpet did not seem vacuumed and board bed, night stands were so dusty. Furniture room was very poorly, drawers on dresser would not close. And we came across a scorpion during our second night, it was in the ceiling, I got up to look for my cell charger and I spot it. So thankful that for a random reason I was able to prevent something major from happening that night.

The hot tub was closed and the pool did not look clean, the Staff was not present at check in, did not answer the phone, and after about 15 min. of standing around in the lobby they finally showed up to check us in, without any kind of apology. The ice machines did not work either. Very very bad attitude from staff.

Second time in a year to stay here. My only hesitation for next time is lack of water pressure in shower and very poor lightening in my room. Otherwise a great and convenient place to stay. Best price in town.

There was a sharp metal piece sticking out from the bottom of the mattress. The power cord for the treadmill had been cut so it was inoperable. The front desk was shown pictures of these items.

Front desk is completely unprofessional. He was rude. When I first got there to check in he was not there.. well the thing is that when he saw my ID he said that they do not accept local people. I ask him can I make another reservation with my husband id his id is from Texas he said no leave the hotel and get another one. His attitude was really mean.. I would not recommend to stay in this hotel. They should have a sign about not local people stayin. And hire professional staff. He was super mad I told him that I was going to write a review he said that he do not care. Then when we said what happened they change the story.. but the truth is what I’m saying super mean.

Overall decent. We had a room with two queens. The rooms were separated with the bathroom in the middle with a walk-in shower, which was nice each bed had its own TV. That being said the towel bar was broken the refrigerator was frozen and the microwave was filthy. The breakfast was very good! Not the best, not the worst, would probably stay again.

Rude front desk help
No complaints on the room or the cleaning ladies. But the lady at the front desk who checked us in definitely doesn’t like her job. She was so rude and curt. When I asked best way to get to our room, she gave us directions through the outside when we could of just gone through the front door and around a few corners to get to our room. The available parking space was so far from back entrance and then we had to walk through several halls passing the entrance to the lobby to get to our room.

Front desk lady in the morning was SUPER RUDE to us. We always ask for a late checkout in hotels WAYYY fancier than this. ( we had limited options in Hobbs that’s why we chose this one 🙂) and they never turned us down or anything like that. Check out is at 11am we asked for late check out and front desk lady was treated us very very rude And said maximum time we can give you is 11:30 ( let me mention this too the hotel was EMPTY and we were one of the fewest customer’s they had , she also was giving us bad looks when we were checking out. I had a great conversation with a young gentleman at the time of check in I give that guy 10/10 he was super friendly and made good conversations with us and made us feel welcomed unlike the young lady in the morning and the older lady in the morning. NOT IMPRESSED

No toilet paper, Bed deed does not have fresh lining, sink in bathroom was broken in half, refrigerator did not work and large amounts of pigeon dropping on my window level roof top. I told the staff and they replayed, Ho I'm sorry about that!!!! Very disappointing experience at the hotel. It's important for hotels to maintain cleanliness and functionality to ensure a positive guest experience. The response from the staff also appears to be inadequate. It's important for hotels to take guest complaints seriously and strive to address them promptly and effectively.

Hello,I spoke with our front desk associate about this situation. He insisted that we can move you rooms for any inconvenience and yes you are right he did apologize for that, but stated you decided to stay in that room. We do work hard to rid of the pigeons but they have their own mind. The refrigerator was a very easy fix of plugging it in, but we are sorry that was not checked before. We strive to make all our guests as comfortable as we can.

Not as nice as it seems
When I first got there to check in at 5 pm the clerk was sleeping at the desk and woke up when I approached. He said he was a light sleeper. I checked in and went to my room. Opened the drapes to reveal a large green electrical box blocking my view of the pool. The I went to put my water in the frig only to find the frig not working I called the front desk and he said he would let maintains know. No one came to fix the problem so I crawled around on the floor to find out it had been unplugged. When preparing to take my show I noticed that there was no drain cover on the walk in shower floor. I nearly fell when my heal hit the edge of the whole and lost my balance. Didn't sleep more than two hours the bed and pillows were as hard as rocks. Breakfast was a joke. I won't be going back very disappointing. Maybe I just got the crappy room because I made my reservations through hotels. com and not them.

Misleading information from your listing.
Well to begin with I was very upset because their hot tub and pool which I did not see anywhere but was listed on the hotels.com ad is closed for the winter time and outside I had no idea about this and that was the only reason I booked that hotel was for the hot tub and pool. The supply of towels was the bare minimum my husband and I got one towel and one wash rag each. The room was spacious but the bathroom was very small with no counter space to put your toiletries. The TV was very far away from the bed so we had to turn the volume up very loud and sit up so we could even see the screen. The staff was very friendly but as far as the accommodations and Miss truths about the availability of hot tub and pool was a huge disappointment considering my husband has back and shoulder issues and we were looking forward to a relaxing evening for me after taking my state testing and therapy for him the hot tub
