"I booked this property through hotels.com and they immediately sent me a message details, stating checkin was until 22:30. I messaged them back staying I would arrive between 22:00-22:15 but did not get a response back so I assumed I was OK. I arrived at the property around 22:10 and could not get in, I tried ringing the bell with no response. Finally someone came outside to smoke and they let me in. "Absolutely loved the hotel and hope to return. The building has amazing detailing and beautiful finishes. It was also exceptionally clean. The spa was lovely and we dined in Brasserie Rita which was outstanding. Other than feeling like we were an inconvenience to the member of staff checking us in we cannot fault this hotel, but we'll put it down to a member of staff having a bad day rather than a reflection of the hotel. Every other member of staff was extremely helpful and friendly. "
