"I booked 2 king rooms. After checking in, one room had a couch, the other had no couch just a desk chair as did the other room. When I asked the front desk about the couch I was told that you had to book a suite to get a couch. The two rooms were identical and were charged the same. First time I stayed at a hotel with no seating in the room.
Lady at front desk was not nice at all.
Broken night stand, no coffee makers, non-carpeted floors were dirty, carpet in hallways were disgusting, single ice maker was broken, a/c was loud."
