"I booked the hotel to have my granddaughter's birthday party and use the indoor pool. My daughter called them to ask a question and they let her know the reservation was cancelled because their policy is that rooms cannot be booked by anyone living within 50 miles of the hotel. I called back to see if we would work it out, and the employee was rude and would not help me book a room. When I explained why I wanted a local pool, she told me that the pool was out of order anyway. I would not recommend this establishment. If someone in corporate would like details of the employee's name, please contact me."
