This hotel is outdated and in disrepair. There are zero amenities, it’s just a place to sleep. Still waiting for my $50 security deposit to be credited back.

We booked the room because we had a wedding in that town but we only used it to change our clothes in. The wedding broke up early and since we didn’t care for the looks of the hotel (it needed alot tlc) we just went back a check out and drove home.

Computers were down. Waited in line an hour to check in. Got to room found maintenance man in room watching TV laying on couch. Room 423. A/C in room did not work. Remained 80° in room. No one availble to fix. Fire alarm at 2:30AM which everyone had to evacuate using stairs. Stairs clogged with people, security man running around on balcony yelling for everyone to evacuate. 10 flights of steps to get out, waited outside half hour, returned to climb 10 flights back up as elevators were packed with everyone returning to rooms. Staff was friendly & patient considering all circumstances but it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Regret coming.

We had a difficult time finding anyone as the office was locked. We called on the exterior phone and finally roused someone after some time. We looked at the rooms but the building was so moldy and smelled so horrible that we didn’t stay. We canceled and went elsewhere.

When we got there i was booked for 67 a night, but when i got my receipt to pay it was 93 dollars. They tried charging me a pet fee without telling me even though they were pet friendly... not to mention they made me change rooms because of my pets. I didnt stay, they said they gave me a refund but thats not true. Con artists for sure.

Hi dear, Please send me your check in date and name and how did you pay and receipt copy so i will check on my record and if you did not stay we never charge so please provide all proof and incase we have to change the room because if you make a reservation and did not mention the pet then reg rate show in reservation but if u have a pet you have to mention in reservation then it add to price .pet friendley that means we allow pet in our facility but we do charge for the pet fee.you have to read all information at the time when u make a reservation also we have certain room for pet may be thats why we have to change your room .we donot allow pet in all room sorry for inconvience but send me all information along with your phone no so i can give you right answer.

Terrible odor in room
The room had a very bad odor I assumed it was coming from the carpet. I spoke with the clerk and she said the carpet was just changed 2 weeks earlier. The odor was so unbearable that we checked out after 3 1/2 hrs. The room is so dated and in need of a complete remodel. This was the only hotel in their small town so we just drove home. Money wasted

Hi dear, I am so sorry but you are check in for few hours because u are visiting corection center and you check out early not for carpet and carpet is brand new no body complain only u are first one but nothing i can do and if thing is unbreathable and very bed why did u stay if you come right away to the front desk and tell us you are not satisfied with the room i will give it to you refund but after you stay and then right a bed review thats not right nothing we can do because you use our room i m so sorry.

thanks for your review and sorry for getting back to you late.we are process in improving the building last year that's why you see all paint chips out because crew is ready for paint and they did power wash and take off all old paint so the new paint sticks good but after power wash weather suddenly change so they cannot finish the paint so we are waiting to get good warm weather and finish the project. sorry for that.
