Said they had a swimming pool never mentioned it was closed ! Staff so rude. Breakfast was awful. Cleaners walked in to our room about 10am. It was just an awful experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

One night stay...
Nice hotel in a great location for our journey.. On the edge of a small village with a reasonable selection of bars and restaurants nearby. Overall the hotel was very good, it could do with a lick of paint here and there but the reception and bar areas were very good. Overall we would recommend.

Convenient room at a convenient location
Convenient room with not much to mention on the up or downside. Bed OK, mattress could be better though. Convenient location for Hervas, with center of town at walking distance, and surroundings. Sufficient free parking space around the hotel. Bar at the ground floor for coffee, drinks, snacks and meals.

Seville Santiago stop
We arrived fairly late, whilst service ok when we came down to eat we were shown only the bar and bar food which was a shame as the restaurant looked inviting. We also missed out on the spa which was a shame.

Estancia muy agradable. Por fuera no parece cran cosa pero cuando entras mejora mucho. Habitaciones comodas, bien de tamaño. Nos toco una con terraza y unas vistas muy bonitas.Personal super amable

Todo muy bien, la cama muy cómoda, con una buena terraza, con una pequeña nevera en la habitación. El spa es bastante bueno. Muy bien en calidad-precio. Bien también para aparcar. Lo que no me ha gustado es que en estas fechas la piscina estuviera cerrada.

Me gustó mucho el sitio, cerca del centro del pueblo, con un montón de servicios (spa, piscina, masajes, restauración, etc.), habitación con terraza y la limpieza inmejorable. Algo a mejorar la insonorización de las habitaciones.

PIZZAS ESPECTACULARES
Pues a pesar de ser un hotel con spa, no lo usamos, se supone que está en el sotano, pero la puerta hacia él estaba siempre entreabierta y no te incitaba a ir, ni letrero, ni nada. Y me hospedé en el primer piso, siempre para entrar y salir y usado las escaleras, nunca el ascensor, y las pelusas han vivido en ellas toda la semana. Eso sí las pizzas del restaurante ESPECTACULARES, que cené tres días seguidos.

La entrada no pudo ser a la 13:00 como indica su pagina, deben actualizarla según nos indico la recepcionista, aunque no de maneras muy correctas. q Tuvimos que esperar una hora. La habitación muy cómoda recién reformada. El restaurante aceptable. La fachada exterior descuidada.
