This is our go-to place to stay in Hermosillo! Excellent care from front desk to room attendants to restaurant. And the food-especially breakfast buffet-is outstanding!

Disappointing
Reservation was not in system, when they retrieved it they had me wait for over 2 hours because the room was not ready mind you it was after 4. Came back,staff change and back to square one no reservation and no rooms available until it was retrieved so pretty disappointing

lamentablemente hubo un accidente en el sector que provoco que nuestro edificio quedara sin luz por un rato, afortunadammente se pudo arreglar rapido y nos apoyamos con nuestra planta de emergencia.

Lobby personal very rude
Lobby person was rude and not friendly at all he was on his phone the whole time I was asking him question in regards shuttle to airport for future stays but not staying there again I don’t think so

Baño sucio, cama dura y muy incomoda.
Nos hemos alojado varias veces en este hotel. Lamentablemente ha dejado de ser un hotel limpio, el techo del baño lleno de moho. Camas incómodas, una inclinada. La luz se va varias veces. No lo recomiendo.

Awful TV.
Ok. The horrible TV ruined the evening. Zero English speaking channels. Not even CNN, FOX, BLOOMBERG, nada. English speaking channels are widely available throughout MX, but not here. Guess they are too cheap to spend the pesos...

My room was rented out to another person. At around 11:00pm someone trued to come in. And if it wasn't for the inside lock, they would of. Electricity went out , construction going on all night at the hotel. And no cream or sugar for my coffee....
