It's cost competitive and conveniently located right off the nearby NYS Thruway exit. That also means there is some road noise most of the time. There's also a set of train tracks still in use that also detract from the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly upon check in and answered all of my questions directly.

It is in the middle of multiple attractions. It has self laundry and coffee and hot water machine to make tea in the lobby. The staff are friendly.

Staff was super friendly. Premises were VERY CLEAN. Easy parking , a Deny’s at walking distance , continental breakfast included , I mean if you’re ever in Jordanville/Herkimer it’s a great value for the money.

The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, clogged sink drain, door wasn't closing all the way and you can hear everything from outside, the highway is only 300 feet away and is very noisy

Friendly, clean and needs updates
the staff were very nice and helpful. All was quite clean. The bed needed to be replaced: old, lumpy and creaky. The blinds let in too much light.

This property was as expected for the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was FREEZING when we arrived! It was frustrating how far we had to walk with our bags to get to our room in the snow. Would have been nice if the sidewalk was shoveled or salted.

I stay at the Red Roof Inn whenever in the Herkimer area as great place to stay, especially when travelling on business. The front desk staff is very accommodating and friendly. Love staying in one of the rooms in the back as very quiet, amenities are perfect for one night stays too

The staff and area is great and our first stay was 5 stars. But our second stay was a 3 star since the room was not clean at all. The floor was sticky, we found 3 beer bottle caps and the towels weren't clean. So, I wouldn't recommend this place since the rooms cleanliness was average.

The room was beautiful and clean and very comfortable and pleasant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options, and the coffee was hot and strong enough! I can’t think of a single negative! Loved it!

By far the nicest Red Roof I've ever stayed in!! Nicely updated, clean, large rooms, super helpful staff. The breakfast had all of the options that you would expect of a nice hotel.

Very nice Red Roof
By far the nicest Red Roof we have stayed in! Clean, comfortable and friendly. Front desk clerk even moved his car to give us the last available spot even though we arrived about 1:30 am!
