"Great location in central Heraklion. Room was large but the shower and sink in our room were located in the middle of the room (not a separate bathroom; the toilet is a WC in a separate room). It means zero privacy for the shower. The staff wasn't warm but everyone was nice enough. There are fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. The port is also walking distance. "We got the junior suite on the 15th floor and it came with a balcony view across the port. Quite nice. Room was very comfortable. Great buffet breakfast with an omlet station!! Had the best fresh honey too. Hotel is about 10min walk from the Lions Square and all the great restaurants. Front desk was very helpful and always arranged a taxi for us (upon request)."
