"Hotel amenities were quite ok. What is NOT acceptable is the way the management and staff of this hotel respond to our inquiries. This is about the release of the $100/room hold deposit at check in. We were told at check in that this hold deposit will be released within 7 days after our check out. Since it was already 10 days after checking out and we have not received any release of such hold, we made a follow up call. The staff member who answered responded that he cannot find any records of such hold deposit. However, checking with our Costco Citi card statement it shows that such releases have not yet been made. Other hotels we booked through Expedia had no problems with this issue. This is the only hotel we are having this issue with. Please investigate this situation as well, since this is giving bad marks for your reservation system and the IHG Hotel environment. JTA-13Jun26"
