Great property overall. Staff is great, parking is super convenient and the beds are really comfy. However the floors are quite thin and you can certainly hear folks in the hallways often if they’re not being very quiet.

Bed was too soft, but hotel was very nice
The Harmon House was very nice. But if I was going to compare the Harmon House to the H2 hotel, I would say that the H2 was more comfortable. The room we had at HH was nice, but the bed was too soft. I’m a side and stomach sleeper, and it wasn’t working out for me. Could’ve just been this particular room. The bathroom area is a rectangular room for the toilet, and a rectangular shower, and water seeped out a bit to the main vanity area. At the H2, you have a separate bathroom that contains the vanity, shower and toilet, which feels a little more private. HH does have balconies, which would be nice in spring or summer. The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly.

With three downtown Healdsburg hotels in our group, we strive to offer a variety of styles and settings to accommodate the greatest range of guests. Harmon Guest House does have a more modern layout that some find endearing, while some prefer the privacy in bathroom style of our sister properties. We are disappointed to hear that the softness of the bed wasn't to your liking, as well. All of our properties offer balconies, with varied vantage points, and hope you can return in the spring or summer, and partake of a cup of coffee or glass of wine as you sit and enjoy the view!

Winter is a quieter time when many restaurants do keep limited hours, and we're sorry you had to experience that. With four restaurants in our hotel group we guarantee that there is at least ONE (if not more) open every evening, so if nothing else, we are ready and able to serve!

Really nice hotel.
We enjoyed our stay at Harmon. It’s European style so the shower and bathroom sink are incorporated in the middle of the room. There is a divider that you can pull across but it is different than most hotels. The continental breakfast was nice, however you have to go 2 doors down to their sister hotel H2 to get it. Kind of inconvenient. The staff were all really nice and the free valet was great.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Harmon Guest House. The room was spacious, clean and very cute. The staff was friendly and the location was central and walkable to the square. We will definitely come back

The property was modern, yet comfortable. The bathroom situation was a bit unique...the bathroom had barndoors..making privacy a bit of an issue. It was fine for us, but I can see how it could be uncomfortable for some. We loved the property location

Very helpful and friendly staff. Parking was easy - only valet. Dropping off car was simple (of course), but there was hardly a wait to get car back to go out. Great location - very walkable. Grreat rooftop bar, alos with great service. Room was great - spacious, quiet, small balcony with treed area in back. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and relaxing couple days
Lovely hotel. Second year we’ve stayed for my mom’s birthday. Very clean, comfortable bed/s. They complimented us with a bottle of bubbly for my mom’s birthday, which was wonderful. The room is well stocked with bottled water, espresso and delicious nibbles on the house. I love the complimentary valet parking and hotel is in a great location. Close to everything from shopping, restaurants to wineries. Their onsite rooftop bar is very relaxing and cozy. Great for a cocktail and a bite. Couple suggestions would be that they install magnifying mirror near bathroom vanity area, as the lighting isn’t the best, and a couple hooks for towels in bathroom area would be nice. Also, the doors to the rooms need a stopper to hold the door open while loading and unloading luggage. Never been to an upscale hotel without door stoppers. Overall, the service was fantastic, except for checking out when the lovely “bellhops” (all were very, very nice young men) watched me carry at least 10 bags from the luggage cart to my car, while they all 3 stood at an empty counter and never offered to help. (I’m a female). You could have made an easy 15 bucks, guys, had you assisted, as I had the cash ready in my pocket. That said, we had a relaxing stay and will definitely go back.
