Property is overpriced for its general condition. Rooms are worn; furniture looks tired; and even the layout of lighting is confusing. Internet sucks and breakfast the worst offering for a 5-star hotel in India. Management seemed to want to ameliorate but their service model catering to business travelers on short trips won’t allow them to do much more. Overall a disappointment and Hilton should be mindful about its brand being tarnished by such sub-par hotels.

Invoicing was not been done properly, multiple times the F& B invoice's had to be corrected as overcharging was happening, at the time of check out I was told settle the Previous stay at the property, which as a matter of Fact was My Visit to this property currently. What would call this ?. Absolutely unethical

Super friendly staff - lovely room with a view
Large room with a view. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only hitch is the toilet design (frosted glass - something I don't understand, and absolutely no hooks). Breakfast is repeated with no change in menu

comfortable stay in the suburbs of Pune
very nice hotel with staff that is looking at small details. It was great to have the chef come out from the kitchen to talk about the dishes and their history.

Very good standard. I arrived early but they had no problem preparing the room early for me. High standard spacious room. The dinner buffet and breakfast buffets both wonderful. I like their little coffee dock. Recommended, I needed one night in Pune to catch up on some things and it was perfect.

Excellent Stay at an unexpected City Suburb
The stay was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got free upgrade which got us complimentary use of Lounge in the evenings. The spread for Morning Breakfast was too good with a lot of variety.

5-star Stay in Pune
This was my favorite hotel stay out of 3 weeks in India! The rooftop pool was amazing and had a nice restaurant, the spa was impeccable and decently priced and the buffet breakfast was delectable. The room was also very clean and spacious and had the most comfortable pillowtop mattress. We never wanted to leave the hotel! The only downside was the surrounding area but you can get an Uber or taxi that picks you up inside the hotel confines and be on your merry way. It's a bit far out from the Pune attractions but is the perfect place to be if you want to relax in the hotel with great food and amenities.

I predpaid for 6 nights. I had some changes in my work and I wanted to cancel 2 nights (night 3&4) the hotel manager told me that I will lose all the remainig 4 nights, no refund...big Hustle I will not recommend this hotel to any one.

Good Hotel, Good Service
Room was comfortable. The food and the restaurant's service was good. There is nothing much to see or shop in the surrounding areas. But it is a good hotel if you are looking for a good night's rest after a long day
