The staff was rude plus we got there early and haven’t sleep in 24 hrs so they would not let us check in early

There was roaches in our room and the refrigerator was also leaking and they gave us a hard time about a refund and we only had the room for 5 hours !! Half the time we took our children to the movies , we weren’t even in the room to see the problems until we arrived from our night out.

We checked in after the first night we realized there were roaches crawling on the ceiling, we didn’t sleep the whole night the next morning roaches were crawling all over the walls, the worst hotel stay we have ever had

The bathroom was dirty. I had to clean the toilet. I sat down to eat and roaches started coming out the woodwork. Baseboards was filthy. There was trash in a corner. It was pitiful. If it wasn’t due to the fact I’d loose money by canceling and booking somewhere else. I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied. This was not quality at Quality Inn. I have photos but I guess on here you can’t submit photos.

No one home
I was not able to check into the motel. No one was home, literally, arrived at the motel at 9:56 only to find the office door locked. A sign was posted that they were only accepting people with reservations and to come to room 111. I went to room 111 and no one was in the room. I then called the Quality inn number and no one answered. I did reach and answering machine and left word about my problem. I waited outside for over an hour. In the meantime I tried to get Hotels.com on the phone line. I couldn’t get a human to talk to. I was having trouble with my reservation number being accepted and after 45 minutes I gave up. I then called my credit card company to stop payment. It hadn’t hit the card so I was stymied yet again. Now, I had wasted almost two hours with trying to check in . I gave up and stayed in a flea bag motel down the street
