Had a room close to front desk and heard every conversation that took place! Also the mini fridge hummed and buzzed all night long wasn’t able to get much sleep ! The double bed was so small very upset If you gone stay booked king bed and ask for higher level room !

Safest stay ive had in hartford. Staff went above and beyond! Left a phone charger in the room and they called to arrange returning it to me! Never had any hotel do that !

So, I guess dogs are allowed at this location, which I discovered at 3:30am when the woman in the room next to me was clearly disciplining her's. Also, on Tuesday morning at about 5 am. the dumpsters are emptied in the parking of the hotel and business next door. So, don't get a room on the west side of the building.

I loved my room it was clean and pretty. Staff was nice and helpful. Also the shuttle was not only convenient but the driver was entertaining.

Staff was pretty rude not very hospitable. Loud noises outside the room on the first floor (loud music playing all night). No drinking water anywhere. Fan in bathroom was very loud.
