Our party of 3 booked two separate rooms, but were given a single room with a fold-out sofa. Front desk staff could not resolve it, and we're awaiting a reaponse from the hotel. They also had no record of the guest who tried checking-in right before us. He had to provide his paperwork as proof of the reservation.

Two night clubs across the street which seems to get active and loud after midnight.

Great little hotel in the heart of the town
Central, easy to find from the airport bus, convenient for the Hurtigruten. Friendly service in the bar, with reasonable prices (for Norway!). Best breakfast of my trip, from smoked salmon to fresh fruit, cooked breakfast to croissants....Fab!

To overnattinger i Harstad. Svært fornøyd på alle måter med Scandic hotell. Stort rom med gode senger. Rikholdig frokost. Rent og pent. Sentralt.

Fine rom og meget god frokost.
Vi er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Meget sentralt! Rommene var godt reingjort, og sengene var gode. Stille og rolig, god luft, og godt å sove der. Kunne gjerne ha vært et par ekstra stoler på rommet. Frokosten var innholdsrik og meget god. Dessverre var hovedheisen i ustand siste døgnet, noe som helt klart er en ulempe for personer som sliter med å gå trapper.

Jeg kom tidlig med hurtigbåten, og det var fantastisk å få rom så tidlig 8klokken var halv elleve. Det eneste jeg har å klage på var at jeg trengte å hvile, og det var fryktelig mye bråk ute i gangen. Ellers var det et veldig fint opphold.
