"I traveled to Harbin on my own, and even though I did not speak much Chinese and had a late check in, the man at the desk did his best to help me, through a language app. The service was wonderful in the morning as well, even helping call me a taxi to my next destination. The room was clean and comfortable and lived up to its pictures online. "We only stayed here for 2 nights arriving very late before moving on to our next destination via train, by design and for that it was fine. Cabs are really cheap so we were able to use them to get to the shopping area etc. Nearby tho there is very little but a short but steep walk will get you to some local stuff. There's mold in the shower and tub, not to mention the whole room/hotel is tired and needs a drastic remodel. The bed was fine, hard, like all of them in China.
