Hmm, the heat works fine. We turn it on in October and you stayed end of Sept. You will chilly so we accommodated you with a space heater. If the coffee did not work, you tell us while you are here and we get you another one! Funny how the very place you are complaining about is the same location I saw you frequenting. We are located in the heart of Hampton Beach with many restaurants and bars...precisely why many people stay with us. Yes, we have heat, it didn't need to be on in September.

Dear Victoria, the room you stayed in got a new floor and new kitchenette this past spring. If the ceiling had a leak you should have notified our office right away. Most of our guests love that we offer a full-size fridge and offer a kitchenette area even if there is no stove. We have apartments with full kitchens. Thank-you!

Hahaha...that's funny. It is not only safe here but there is a good time to be had by all with the right attitude. Our rooms come with full size fridge, small microwave and small coffee maker. We are here to help ensure our guests have a good stay with us. Thank you

This coming from a guy who stayed her for 3 days, enjoyed the beach and accommodations with his family then after check-out called his credit card company to get his money back...! Unbelievable

If housekeepers missed changing out the bedspread you have told the office and we would have taken care of it right away. And, unfortunately ocean air does cause metal to rust...everywhere. Dear Daphne, although your particular room is on the list, one of the last may I add to be updated, it is not in very poor condition. It was very clean, and we catered your every need. You stayed with us May 25 & 26, not hot days, but had you asked for your a/c to put in, we have a full-time maintenance man and could have done it. You didn't know that because you didn't ask. A/C's Have been installed for this holiday weekend. Yes, we put a new floor in the room next to yours during the working hours; part of that updating thing! If you are reading this...we recommend you give us a try. We love our guests and we aim to please :)

Yes, we are across the street from Wally's and a lot of people love us for the convenience. Reminder, you stayed at a motel at Hampton Beach... you will not get the luxuries of a Hilton or the price of one! You could have requested an extra blanket, Patricia. And you were such a sweet little old lady. Take care.
