"This "hotel" is more like a building full of studio apartments. Having an actual closet and kitchen area was amazing in London, especially at this price. However, as I learned the hard way, reception isn't staffed after 6 at night. DO NOT lose your key. I had to book another hotel for the night because of not being able to get through to their emergency number (that may have been connectivity issues). "The check in experience was excellent. They were in touch leading up to the stay and we were able to drop our bags and they very kindly put them in our room for us. The creme egg for our daughter was a lovely touch too after a long trip. The room was perfect for a family of 3 with our little girl getting her own room. The transport links were excellent and there were lots of lovely places to eat a stones throw away. You got discount at a lovely bakery nearby too on showing proof of your stay....
