Not happy with the reception we recieved. After traveling 3hrs we wanted to check-in and relax for a bit before dinner. We arrived at 2: 25pm and were told check-in was at 3 we would have to wait. I have never encountered this before. Very unusual in my experiences traveling.

Only thing I had issues with that is the pricing . I was given a different amount on Expedia when I booked the rooms but noticed on my final invoice it was different .

Could definitely use renovations but we opted for a very cheap place to stay as we just needed somewhere to sleep. Excellent spot for an in and out sleep but not good for actually wishing to enjoy the stay.

The staff are very inflexible. Asked for about a half hour late checkout and he came knocking at the door promptly at 11:30 to ask us to leave. Hardly any people in hotel. They don’t enter the room at any time and if you need clean towels you have to leave them on the floor outside your room.

Breakfast is terrible. No selection and not cooked well. Every day. Beds are older and have very little support. Heat/air need updating in some rooms.

The hotel is run down and not worth the money. Also the complimentary breakfast was disgusting and there was NO MEAT!

It was clean and comfortable for the most part but there are no USB ports anywhere in the hotel... the pillows were not very comfortable.

Toilet loose on floor. Too much furniture in room hard to walk around second bed, 2nd table stuck out too far in room. All doors in hallways slammed shut with a lot of noise. After second night there woke up with bug bites on upper part of my body, showed to concierge. Low quality TV.

The place is just a place to stay. No Frills whatsoever and the comfort level is minimal. Breakfast is very basic. The staff members are pleasant. The building & rooms need work. It’s a good dive hotel
