Unfortunately, our stay was marred by significant noise from the second floor, reminiscent of horses galloping after 4am. Additionally, the sofa bed in our room was in poor condition, resulting in a restless night for my son due to its uncomfortable mattress. On a positive note, the room was very clean, and the staff were exceedingly friendly. The breakfast provided was excellent.

The staff were wonderful! The building is under renovations but that didn't impact our stay. The breakfast was excellent. The desk staff were kind, professional and very helpful!!

Check in process was painfully long, only to get assigned a room that was already occupied. Returned to desk and waited 15 minutes but no one was there. Had to go exploring in the basement to find an employee to give us a vacant room. Heater didn’t work in room.

Under renovations, so lots of plastic and red taped off areas. Room had an odour, like old socks, hair on the shower curtain. Rug could use a shampoo or just get rid of it. Bathroom was so small, couldnt close door unless standing to the side of the toilet. Could hear doors closing from somewhere. Breakfast ok, but certsinly not hot as it should be. For the price, quite disappointed.

Pet friendly, which was exactly what we needed, parking all cleaned and salted even after a major snow storm. Staff very pleasant and within short driving distance of all amenities. Definitely recommend.

Hotel is currently doing renovations. Room was updated and clean. Strange no closet or place to hang your clothes…it’s Comfort Inn not Park Place. Ok for the money.

Part of the hotel isn’t renovated, this part the rooms are not in good shape. Stains on furniture, stuffing coming out of the blankets etc. I thought this place was going to be really nice so I was sure disappointed
