Friendly staff, reasonable rates, facility in good condition overall.
The plumbing in our room needed attention, slow drain in sink, tub and shower regulator leaked, rust stains on the tub.

The facility was rundown. Elevator wallpaper was torn off the wall. Several large spots on carpet and furniture. An un pleasant order was in the hallways.

Stayed 1 night only, check in took a long time. Person working had no idea how to take a deposit and then authorize our credit card for incidentals. She wrote our credit card number down on a piece of paper for the night shift to handle. Very nice receptionist, lobby loud due to an wvent going on in meeting space.

The hotel was clean and the staff were professional and friendly. But the breakfast was crap, and the hotel looks very classy when you walk in but the breakfast was the opposite.

The beds were very comfortable. And we enjoyed the restaurant/bar with their karoke after the theater. I informed the desk about the issues we had closing the drapes and the container with body wash was empty. Otherwise it served our purpose.

Easy check in and parking. Friendly staff and clean room. Stopped in as part of a longer trip and they made the stay quick and easeful!

I have stayed in three locations in Hagerstown in the last two months. Each had their benefits. Of the three I must say I was the happiest here at the Ramada. Yes, interior shows some wear. Overall gave my son all that he wanted. Including am eight-foot-deep pool. He said a little cold but fun. The breakfast was hot food and outstanding. For the money well worth the stay. I am not picky, but I was comfortable even though I had to go find an ice machine on another floor. Will stay again in the future.

Friendly reception. We were given a 6th floor room and it was spacious, comfy and quiet. The entrance and lobby area looks old and smells a bit musty but the room smelled very clean. We were happy with our stay.

The check in girl was friendly and helpful. The building needed many updates.
There was no comforters on the beds.
The desk chair was broken.
There was stains on the carpet.
The breakfast was a joke.
The elevators were smelly and nasty.
The check out girl was kind but not super professional.
Would definitely not stay here again!

Both my husband and I really enjoyed our stay, we came up for a wedding and love the room we stayed in. Anytime we had a issue whether it was the front desk or the room cleaner everyone was extremely helpful and we will return next year. Thanks for the love you all show your guest

Nice place and was quiet. Comfortable beds and restaurant connected to hotel had pretty good food after a long day of driving.
Staff was very nice and helpful.

Carpets were dirty, room was never made up or cleaned. We were told that the rooms were only cleaned after check out. Air conditioner was leaking water under the carpet. We copped as we were only there for 3 nights.
Location was great. Central location handy to the places we were visiting. Breakfast and server was great.
