Very impressed with our stay. I had never stayed at a Homewood Suite before, but the rooms were spacious and clean. The free breakfast was also very good. I would stay at another one.

The room is so spacious and everything is clean. There is a full kitchen with everything you could need. I love it! I wish I could stay here for longer. Will definitely come back!

It was clean and spacious room. A lot of noise that was not people, were near an exit and could smell amoke occasionally

Our suite was beautiful and spacious. The staff that checked us in was nice and directed us on how to get to our room. The Hotel itself is clean, beautiful and my favorite area is where the breakfast is served. There was plenty of sitting and there was a wide selection of foods. The gym and pool area are very clean though we did not have the opportunity to use it. Will definitely be back.

We didn’t have a nice shower in our room. Low water pressure and we couldn’t get a hot shower. Small thing—the battery compartment cover on the television remote was broken, so it fell on the ground the moment I picked up the remote. It’s odd that they don’t just replace the remote (tape it in place?). Well located for easy access to UMass and shopping.

The pool is was awful looking and dirty and also the fact it was facing and everyone walking by could see was not appealing more privacy would have been nice. The staff made me feel like I was checking into jail they were so unfriendly and awkward. Both ladies at the front desk. Also the gym had a written edited sign saying it opened at 605AM which seems weird and lazy by staff, should just keep it open 24 hours if having issues opening it on time. I went to get a coffee in the evening all the coffee out and no one around to replace it. I never once saw one cleaning staff during my stays, first time walking around a hotel and not seeing that. Ice machines were so far away

Great hotel, new, clean and very comfortable. Location is in a mall parking lot, so not a great place to hang out, but perfect if you have other places to go during the day.

The property was neat and clean. I especially liked the modern decor and pleasant colors used in the suites. The staffers were friendly and efficient. When we checked in we were greeted by a friendly desk clerk who encouraged me to select one of the many soft drinks that were in the well stocked snack bar. If I return to the area in the future, I would not hesitate to stay at Homewood suites again.

This is my second stay there, both over Xmas. Both times this hotel was clean, quiet and had everything we need. Also great to be pet friendly as I have a dog. Highly recommend. My only suggestion is sone hooks be the entry into the room.
