I will not recommend us please. This is because the rooms are not clean when I still there for one night it sound like it was working but they were building something 3 o’clock in the morning I couldn’t sleep at all and I had to be up by 6 o’clock to go to work so when I recommended the room for the staff were horrible.

La imágenes que se muestran en la aplicación no coinciden con la realidad. El precio que se paga está demasiado alto a lo que otorgan, es un hotel antiguo con poco mantenimiento.

The hotel is not new. But the room is clean and the staff is nice. Easy check in and out. No air conditioning but have warm water and big room.

The property is pretty rundown. The pools are not clean. The room I was first offered smelt like dusk and properly had not been cleaned in a while. The next room I was offered I saw what looked to be a bed bug sheddings. I left and went to another location I need a refund.

THE GUEST MR. KEVIN ZEPEDA WAS ACCOMODATED IN ROOM 209 RECENTLY RENOVATED AND STAY IN THAT ROOM ALL NIGHT WHEN HE CK OUT WAS ASKED AND RESPOND EVERYTHING WAS SATISFACTORY AND ASK HIM WHY HE MENTION IN A REVIEW THAT HE MOVED TO ANOTHER HOTEL, AND HE JUST SAY DID NOT, MISLIDING AND FALSE DISPUTE IN ORDER TO GET A REFUND IS A FRAUD CLAIM THE CHARGE IS VALID , POOLS ARE CLEAN EVERY DAY AND HOTEL MAYA HAS 5 STAR AS HISTORIC HOTEL IN GUATEMALA. SORRY TO SEE DESCRIBE FALSE FACT TO GET A REFUND.

The property was centrally located in historic downtown Guatemala City. The shower was clogged and I had to ask for a plunger to unclog it /-: No room service and the staff were whatever

I woke up in the middle of night and found bed bugs!! There were a lot of them and full of blood, the most disguisting thing ever, I was horrified!! When I went to talk to receptionist (I didn't know the word in Spanish) but he understood immediatelly what I was talking about and said some rooms have it and that he will come and see. Which of course he didn't! So after I went again he said they can change our room tomorrow and only after I insisted he gave us the new room that he said it's clean. So obviously they are aware of this problem!! The room was moldy and smelled weird and generally whole place seems dirty. We went to see the pool and it was full of leaves and dirt and there were huge cockroaches runing in the corridors... We left tomorrow even though we paid for another night, they didn't offer to return us some money or anything but we just wanted to leave that place!!

Excelente ubicación, acceso a pie al centro histórico y comercial. También a 1 calle del andador comercial por 6a Avenida.. La instalaciones son modestas, solo cuenta con lo básico en la habitación.

Las sábanas y almohadas aprestaban a sudor ,
Hay una discoteca en el edificio y no dormimos toda la noche , las sabanas estaban sucias y las almohadas apestabas a sudor , una noche bastó para cancelar mi reservación de una semana , NUNCA regresaría ni que me regalaran la estadía ,, ojalá publiquen mi comentario .
