I stayed here for 8 nights. What I liked the most about this hotel was the newly renovated gym on the top floor. It was clean and everything worked well. I used it almost everyday.
I stayed in a one bedroom suite. It was spacious. There was a kitchen and there were pans and pots. There were no plates or bowls or utensil. I asked the front desk a few times to bring me these items but they never came.
One evening when I was eating at the counter, there was water dripping from the ceiling. I walked down to the front desk and told them about it. The technician came very quickly to fix it. I asked for compensation and got a free breakfast.
I walked down to the front desk many times to talk to the staff because the phone wasn’t working. I mentioned it to the staff but it was never fixed.
The location was good. I could walk to the Oakland Place Mall and there were a lot of restaurants around within walking distance.
