The rooms are getting very dirty and dated. I have been staying here for the last 7 years, twice a year and the service is getting worse.The hotel it self is nice, but the rooms are a different story. I booked a double twin executive suite, and arrived at 11 pm and the front desk said they didn't have room for me ( booked and paid 3 weeks earlier) , front staff offered a smoking room , but I declined . They gave me twin room for the night, but I would have to change the next day. Okay , I would do that. Next day, they still don't have a Twin suite for me , but give me a king suite to share with my business partner (NO) , so 1 of us sleeps on the cot and the other gets the bed. Next day switch rooms again. Finally have it right , but we check out the following day. So booked 4 nights and switched rooms 3 times. The Executive lounge is getting worse too, same food snacks every day, we ordered room service to the lounge and the staff couldn't believe it, but for the extra you pay for the room , they ( lounge ) should change up the selection everyday at least. I'm going to look at the Westin or Softie (?) for next time .My 2 cents.Cheers
