The services are very poor and mismanaged. There is no communication internally that I almost trapped in the lift. There are often no staffs in the restaurant at 5th floor betwwen 6:30 thru 7:00. As a result, often time there is no service during the firsst half an hour of breakfast.

Good option for family vacation. Not good option for business traveler. Wifi service was slow and faulty. Package delivery system was innefective. Personnel english was weak. Weaker than at other hotels I have stayed in China.

Lots of improvement
First time staying here but have spent hundreds of nights in Guangzhou hotels. But I wasn't that impressed. There are a number of problems I noticed 1. To go to your room you need to use 2 lifts. One from the lobby to the 5th floor and then another one to your floor. 2. Hotel is feeling tired. Definitely needs a freshen up. 3. Probably the biggest problem is staff. They are next to useless. Getting a taxi is made more difficult with them. They can't speak any English and don't help with where you are going. Even when it's written in chinese.I've never found this in any other Guangzhou hotel in the past. In general it feels like their first day. 3. If you receive a parcel, no one will tell you it's there. No slip in your room. No call. Nothing. This isn't normal in China. 4. Breakfast is pretty average. Same bland food as even the cheap hotels. On the positive the location is great. Close to heaps of good restaurants and shops.

I reserved an accesible room and when we arrived 4pm the room wasn't ready because the former client had a late checkout , the bathroom shower wasn't accesible at all, no shower seat or bathtub, the handles on the toilet too low my son couldn't use them and stand in front of the toilet seat no hand rail on the bathroom sink at the breakfast buffet they have stairs to access the food area and no ramp the personnel were kind but this hotel isn't accesible
