Very nice smaller facility. My only little quibble is that I was very cold on my first night there and could not figure out how to control the timer on the thermostat. It was 1-2AM when I tried to go to sleep, but I had not been provided with a blanket. I could have tried calling the front desk, but I was unsure if there would be a language barrier, and since it was so late, I just wanted to try to sleep. I got a blanket the next day and teh second night was much better!

Property is near active train railway. They allow drunken guest play loud music after pool hours which are supposed to be from 9-8p.m. During my two night stay a crowd played loud music until 11:30 p.m. in the pool area, they were allowed to smoke and when I contacted the property manager I was told that guest were allowed to stay in the pool until 10ish p.m. and when I asked if I could get refunded for one night he told me that they don’t give refunds despite that the second night was not yet in process. Overall my experience was nothing but unpleasant. I don’t recommend this place to people with kids (families).

Stayed here for one night. Great hotel. Staff service was great/friendly. Our room was clean. The only thing is that the hotel is by the train but it didn't sound loud enough to bother us too much.

Honestamente me sorprendió. Las habitaciones están en perfectas condiciones, con mobiliario nuevo y de muy buen gusto. Super limpias y de excelente tamaño, con caja de seguridad, cafetera. Me hospedé en la torre nueva y de verdad se siente todo nuevo, muy recomendable. Lo unico es que la comida no es tan buena, muy grasosa pero a buen precio. La alberca estaba en mantenimiento pero la verdad es un hotel muy bueno y muy bien ubicado

Its a great experience for flash trips. Great value for the price. If you cant handle noise stay away because its right next to railroad crossing.

Easy check in process, great service with the Butler in locating the room and finding all the amenities in the area. Had a comfortable and restful stay

Safe and well taken care of!
Weather was grate a little rain in the morning but temperatures perfect. The hotel is perfect to relax by the pool. Rooms are Clean and and cozy. Service was grate and they are very conscious of the covid19 rules keeping everyone separated . Restaurant clean and food was good. try the fruits smoothie its delicious. Thank you Hotel Arborea for keeping us safe.

Great staff.
Rooms were clean, spacious, the beds comfortable and the pool and garden around it beautiful. Special thanks to the receptionist and bell boy on duty on July 3, unfortunately don't remember their names but the young lady and the guy were really helpful and cordial.
